I advise you to never use this platform. My flight with Austrian airline from Hamburg to Jordan scheduled for March 27 was cancelled because of the monthly situation in the Middle East. I sent several emails to request a refund without ever getting any response.

Don´t book the so-called flexible ticket. It gives you no benefit at all. When I received their terms and conditions, I started the process of cancelling the insurance, but FlightTix keeps refusing to accept the cancellation. This violates German Law. I may have to initiate a Chargeback through my credit card company.

This agency works with an insurance that seemingly protects you, when you read the the advantages it seems you have the freedom to change the ticket and get your money back, but this only happens through the insurance and the insurance they offer during the booking only availble for extreme incidents
Any extra option is a SCAM!!!!

Fraud company! Stay away!
They will at first book you a flight just to cancel it and refund almost nothing( they refund so little you wouldn't even be able to book alternative flights with it). Very bad customer service! Full of fraudsters!!!

I booked the ticket CGK-FRA (round trip) on Friday 11 October but until today (14Oct) there is no booking confirmation and eticket came to my email. It was really worry me and there was coming the email from them, "you will receive your eticket by latest at 16 October". By the other agent which I looked for the flight on momondo.de the others gave me direct the booking number and the bill but flight tix only gave me the bill. Should I trust the website? Can someone give me your experience?

I booked a flexible flight with the insurance of europ assistance. When I wanted to change the flight they forced me to cancel and book another one on the same side same destination and claim the money at the insurance. Since 3 Months no reaction so I lost a lot of money. And again I have to change my flexible booked flight and it is again not possible so total Scam! Never book over Flighttix!

I booked last February 16, 2024 from their website and received booking confirmation from Flighttix and from Delta Pax. I have no idea what Delta Pax is and why my booking is with them and not with the airline that I am flying with. Today, almost a month later, I checked my booking in the airline website and it could not be found. I contacted the airline and they said there was no booking under my name nor from the booking reference number. I sent a support request to Flighttix and EVERY TIME I received an automated message from MADDIE telling me that because I booked with a low cost airline, they cannot help me and proceed to close my ticket. I DID NOT BOOK FROM THE AIRLINE, I BOOKED FROM FLIGHTTIX! Therefore I should get the support I need from them. They don't even have a customer phone number to call.
Money was already deducted from my bank account. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP OR I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT.

Waited 6 and 8 full days for ticket issuance.
Support stalls, no help at all. Never again.

It was straightforward, and the ticket that was shown to be available and not just a trick!

To be honest i was afraid that there will be complications or high check in fees but everything wen't perfect.
Fast check in and no airport check in fees. We could even check in bags, even though we thaught in the ticket was only hand luggage included.

Wrong details given to the airlines! I have booked the tickets via FligtTix.de and they have provided for 2 tickets ONLY MY NAME! At the end they refused to change it and feel no responisbility for the failure! T
