Consumers frequently mention that the online platform provides a straightforward booking process that makes arranging travel plans very easy and accessible. However, some customers also noted unexpected extra costs and hidden fees appearing suddenly during the final checkout stage. Certain people experienced frustrating difficulties when trying to reach customer support agents for booking changes or managing important travel details. These reviewers felt that the lack of transparent communication and complex portal navigation created an unsatisfying situation.

Dislike the fact that there are some hidden costs associated with booking flight that you don’t know about until you go to checkout.

Less additional clicks

It is a good service but one has to click through far to many other 'offers' and if you miss one, you are stuck. It takes too long. A good service, but KIS - keep it simple

True to price

A straight forward platform without the changing flight rate after form filling. Really frustrating when other platforms changes the rate when at last stage of payment on agreed price.

I don't like everything costs money

I don't like everything costs money. They don't allow you to take carry luggage so you have to pay for checked in. For me this is added cost and I needed to have carry on so I can travel safely with my medication. Gives me peace of mind knowing its with me and wont get lost or left behind.

Hello kate mitchell,

We would like to inform you that the baggage allowance of each reservation is determined by the airline, depending on your flight, your ticket value and your fare.

Our agency can only provide additional baggage allowance provided that the airline system has such an option.

Hello Karl-Heinz Legler,

Kindly note that you are properly informed about our fees via the terms and conditions, which are available before, during and after the booking process. We also ask you to read and accept our terms and conditions before payment. A fee is required for the processing of your request and the time and effort that will be spent by more than one of our agents on your behalf.

Avoid FlightNetwork

Avoid FlightNetwork. An 8-hour delay made me miss my connection in February. Their email told me to take the delayed flight, stay overnight and catch the first flight the next morning. They promised to reimburse my hotel and food. I paid, sent the receipts and have chased them for months. Still no payment—only repeated “we will pay you” messages. They left me out of pocket and have not honoured their written promise. Do not trust their support when a problem occurs.

SCAAAMERS --- STAY AWAY!!!!!!

SCAAAMERS

No refund after 2 weeks for cancellation made within one hour – Unacceptable service!

I have booked flights to Japan (about 1800€) via Flightnetwork and cancelled them directly within one hour.

The website status has been stuck on "processing" for over two weeks now. There is no real progress on my refund. It is completely unacceptable to hold customers' money, especially of this amount, for weeks without any clear communication or update.

Because of this lack of service, I had to open a dispute/buyer protection case via PayPal to get my money back. I strongly advise against booking through this agency!

I thought i was booking on Jet Stars…

I thought i was booking on Jet Stars web site. Your price was about $600 more than I should have paid.
Also I paid to select seats on all flights. I only noticed after paying that the booked seats are not guaranteed!
This whole booking process was disgraceful and I'd like a full refund.

"Hello,

We aim to offer as low a total price as possible. Please note that the prices you can see on our website originate from the international booking system, where they are uploaded by the airline companies. In case a minor price change occurs by the airline, you will be notified about this and will be able to see the final price before proceeding with the payment.

It was pretty easy to find and book…

It was pretty easy to find and book desired flights, email confirmation was received shortly after booking, and the booked flights are easy to find on flightnetwork website, and easy to manage including check in, etickets and all other necessry info, e.g., add luggage if necessary.

FlightNetwork

FlightNetwork charged me additional fees that were not disclosed at the time of booking airfare. I called and started a chat with them, but they refused to refund - not one cent. Just be aware of this and bypass them completely. Go directly to the airline or another trusted site - this one is not. Update: Flightnetwork now tells me that the extra charges are their fees for acting as my travel agent which was never disclosed at the time of purchase. NO yes or no checkbox agreeing to these specific terms before completing the purchase. Other sites such as Travelocity do not charge extra to buy tickets through them. Their ticket prices are exactly the same as buying directly from the airline. P.S. I received this explanation AFTER purchasing the tickets - "this total includes our standard travel agency markup fee." It was not a minor price change from the airline. The receipt I received from them was exactly what I booked and expected - 388.50 FlightNetwork charged my cc 499.42 a difference of $110.92
