Taking NFL Game Pass away from its standalone service and forcing it onto DAZN was a massive step backward for international NFL fans. DAZN has turned what used to be a reliable, premium product into an absolute cash grab.
First, the pricing is outrageous. They jacked up rates way beyond reason, and then hid behind confusing checkout options that trick people into binding, non-cancellable 12-month contracts. Even if you manage to avoid the annual lock-in, they hit you with a forced 30-day notice period to cancel, just to squeeze out one extra payment. 
Worst of all, the actual stream quality is atrocious for a paid product. NFL games suffer from constant buffering, random quality drops, frame-rate stutters, and audio sync issues right in the middle of live drives. Trying to get help is impossible; you're walled off by useless automated chatbots and customer service that refuses to process refunds or fix account errors. 
NFL fans spent years enjoying a functional, straightforward Game Pass. DAZN ruined it with aggressive subscription traps, premium prices, and a budget-tier viewing experience. Avoid this platform at all costs

Absolute scammers. It’s not clear what you’re signing up to so be careful. Somehow I signed up to yearly ultimate even though I didn’t want to. Tried watching a fight and it was buffering the whole time (my internet is 1.6gb). Then when I asked for my right to cancel with the 14 day cool off I was told that I couldn’t because I “watched” something that didn’t even work. Then the chat bot told me I could downgrade, and the live chat person said I couldn’t (managed to do it eventually). Their site says your on a monthly plan but it’s actually yearly and pay monthly. Do not sign up to anything if you can avoid it. Service doesn’t even work properly.

If I could give 0 stars, I think that would be more accurate. Bought for the 2026 Fiba Women's Basketball tournament, their replays only show a THREE MINUTE HIGHLIGHTS PACKAGE PER GAME instead of the full replay. God-awful, bottom tier service.

What a disgrace . Paid $35 dollars a month to watch college football . And all the feeds were locked .

This company is a bunch of scam artists. I've used NFL GamePass when it was run by the NFL in Europe, never had any issues with auto-renew -- when I used DAZN for the 2025 Playoffs, I was fully aware of the risk of auto-renew and would not have selected. Yet this was activated and they billed me 6 months later -- hidden in a MARKETING E-MAIL and never enclosing any invoice. Since this is a once per year charge, I didn't even notice until this year, Aug 2026 while reviewing my credit card statement (they again sent the renewal notice hidden within a marketing e-mail). Then they do not even allow a calendar month to dispute any charges, its 30 days, and refuse to refund my 2026 charges or pro-rate the 1 month (the NFL season has not even begun) I've had it. I've used this service for years run under the NFL and never had any issues. DAZN is run by scammers that just want to fleece their customers.

This company has very unethical practices that not only manipulates consumers but also steals their hard earned money with unauthorized debits. Cancelling is a marathon once you realized what they did or doing. They justify by saying did you read the fine print. No didn't I actually trusted you to do fair business.

SCAM. After purchasing a fight I immediately cancelled the subscription online. They have since charged me a subscription fee twice and are refusing to give me my money back. This also happened to me previously in 2024 which is why I was so careful to cancel it immediately.

I cancelled my one month subscription to NHL tv on DAZN beginning of last June when I got back from Europe, followed by a confirmation email in Spanish by DAZN. Yesterday DAZN charged me for an annual subscription beginning sept 1st. Here the thing.. I live in Canada and NHL tv is not available in my country, wtf…
I will request a chargeback from my bank by submitting proof of my earlier cancellation. No more NHL Tv for me…beware of DAZN….

My experience with DAZN has been quite disappointing. The voucher and discount policies are very restrictive, as they can only be applied by customers who do not have an active subscription. At the same time, DAZN is one of the most expensive streaming services available, particularly in Switzerland, and still includes frequent advertising. The streaming quality is average, and technical issues such as unexplained on-screen codes further detract from the viewing experience. If there were a strong alternative on the market, I would seriously consider switching providers.

Appalling customer service. Basically subscribed for world cup, knew I would have to unsubscribe after. I couldn't unsubscribe on site so contacted help they told me that this was because I had no subscription only DAZN free and assured me no fees would ever be charged. They then continued to charge monthly! They refuse to address the point that they told me I had no subscription, refuse refund, just repeat stock answer ignoring my complaint. I see they have major lawsuit in US.

Very hard to cancel I’ve been trying for months and after 10 emails back and fourth with my details sent they still say they can’t find my account. But coincidentally they keep taking the 15.99 out my account every month.avoid unless you want to pay it forever!!

This it is a scam. Do not use it or contract it. You cancel it and they keep stealing money from you and. According to google there are more of 10,000 complaints about the cancel subscription that they keep changing on you. I only use the free trial, and I canceled it immediately when I realized they lied about the offer. And no way you can contact them after.

Don't rely on published schedule, especially if you are interested in a particular team. Often the schedule is revoked at the last minute. so if you signed up to watch a particular team, you'll often be left disappointed, paying a subscription with nothing to watch.

Very bad experience. Subscribe by mistake and now I have to pay for the whole year even if I won't use it. Bad service.

The dazn apps are terrible. The amount of fights I've watched and PPV I've paid for only for the stream to constantly buffer, go blank, and now it's got even worse the Xbox series X app doesn't even load the fight just stays on a buffering screen, the tablet app is no better the only app that works is the phone so I have to cast it to my Tele. I've got full fibre broadband, a brand new tablet and a Xbox series x this is appalling. All other TV apps work fine. So I'm cancelling and will just watch the fights on YouTube a week later at least the YouTube Xbox app works. Also there are numerous fake dazn pages on here full of all the negative reviews while the positive ones are on here. Nice and convenient for DAZN and typical Trustpilot not the first time I've seen that

Warning! The company adds hidden subscription terms, and it's almost impossible to unsubscribe from them. I subscribed back when the World Cup was happening, and I'm still struggling to get rid of these subscriptions to this day.

Title: Cancellation impossible, end date makes no sense, account wrongly registered abroad

I have been charged monthly since 8 April 2024, around 29 payments, for a service I do not use and never wanted on subscription. I only ever wanted to pay for individual fights.

I have asked to cancel repeatedly since June 2026. In a live chat in June I said plainly that I had not signed up to an annual plan. Nothing was cancelled. The online cancellation journey cannot be completed at all. It diverts you to a chat and keeps offering reasons to stay. Agents then asked me for additional personal information before they would process a cancellation.

On 9 August I finally received an email confirming cancellation. It says I have entered a 30 day notice period and then says my subscription ends on 08-03-2027. Those two statements cannot both be true. Nobody has been able to explain it.

My account is also registered as Spanish and I am sent Spanish terms and conditions, despite living in England, being billed in pounds sterling and paying from a UK bank account. I have never lived in Spain.

I have now withdrawn payment authority in writing and instructed my bank. Reading the other reviews here, the pattern is clearly not unique to me. never again

Absolute shocking platform, from the get go they try to push you into an annual commitment. Been messing around for ages trying to gain access to a singular fight I want to watch. Just shocking. I want to swear so hard about this service, but will refrain. IDIOTS

Just watching DAZN building up to MOSES FIGHT. Strange experience screen surrounded by banners. Live sound in the room drowned out. Main sound is the commentators. Very odd and disappointing viewing experience. On top of this I agree with previous reviews DAZN trick people into contracts, Instead of allowing one off payments to watch a fight. They sign you up to continuous payments without your full consent. God knows how this bogus rip off company won the contract to cover big fights!
