Bought fight from DAZN and now they are taking monthly payments from me, managed to cancel subscription that I didn’t agree to but won’t refund me the £25.00

The dazn apps are terrible. The amount of fights I've watched and PPV I've paid for only for the stream to constantly buffer, go blank, and now it's got even worse the Xbox series X app doesn't even load the fight just stays on a buffering screen, the tablet app is no better the only app that works is the phone so I have to cast it to my Tele. I've got full fibre broadband, a brand new tablet and a Xbox series x this is appalling. All other TV apps work fine. So I'm cancelling and will just watch the fights on YouTube a week later at least the YouTube Xbox app works

Don't subscribe. I did because they said they had live and exclusive content in my country. After signing up, no such content could be found. After a week of chasing, they said they don't have content and it was a typo claiming they did. Eventually secured a refund.

I signed up for a one off single fight and then found myself being charged for a monthly subscription the following month. DAZN are a complete scam, do not wastes your money. They will take a DD from you account that following month! Daylight robbery!!!!

If I could give a minus score I would. I was charged without ever signing up to this. TOTAL SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Just a reminder to everyone who feels let down by DAZN payment plans. If paying by debit card contact your bank to chase the illicit payment. I was reimbursed within 2 weeks or so after disputing their terms etc. Good Luck and don’t use again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They don't give you any heads up that they are about to restart your service they just charge your credit card and if you message them 2 minutes after they charge your credit card stating you have not used the service nor do you want their service they say tough luck we aren't refunding you even thought it's very evident you have not used the service because it's been 2 minutes. Appalling service. Any other subscription tv company wouldn't bat an eye and would issue a refund immediately to show good faith. This company took 6 days for a supervisor to even reach out just to say no, we realize you aren't using the service and we don't care that you had no idea we were going to charge your credit card 6 months after your subscription ended the first time.

Pay £25 a month for the subscription just for all the fights to freeze and buffer like it’s on a dodgy firestick. Would not recommend what so ever you’d be better buying a dodgy firestick and watching it on that wouldn’t freeze as much

Do not sign up for anything or watch a fight as you will be charged a monthly subscription for a year and will be unable to cancel! Scam company. Watch boxing elsewhere unless you are happy paying £24.99 a month for something you dont use.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering DAZN to read the cancellation policy very carefully before signing up.

Unlike many subscription services that let you cancel at the end of your current billing period, DAZN requires you to give 30 days’ notice to cancel. If you don’t realize this, you’ll be charged for an additional month even if you intended to stop your subscription immediately. I found this policy frustrating and felt it wasn’t made clear enough during the sign-up process.

The streaming service itself may work well for some people, but the cancellation policy left a very negative impression. Make sure you understand exactly what you’re agreeing to so you don’t end up paying for an extra month like we did.

I won’t be subscribing again because of this experience.

DO NO HIRE. To sign up its a 5 second process. To cancel, you need to contact them through phone or chat, and they do not answer. Completely unacceptable por a company this size. Very very frustrating process.

DAZN subscription is a disgrace. I have now been signed up to 2 subscription in one year which I never signed up for.

Stay away, good luck ever getting anyone to follow up if they overbill you will need to eat it up because they are no help, unless you like chatting with Magoo the AI bot, I had a horrible experience, no cancel button you need to go through hoops to get away, customer service is a joke because there is no customer service

The commentators Crawford, Porter, but especially Timothy Bradley have to go!!! The worst!!! One other thing losing audio during an event where I pay for unacceptable but please get rid of Bradley!!!

In game freezing and geo location services that do not function properly even when allowed. The site wouldn’t load and error messages received when trying to load games. I withdrew my remaining funds after incurring losses as I didn’t want to put more funds at risk on a site with such a poor technology platform.

Paid for eddie Hall fight £15 then magically a week later dazn keeps trying too take £25 every day i cancelled the subscription BTW I did not ask for when i payed for it they manged to get £25 even tho I cancelled the worst subscription ever the eddie hall fight. i would pay £25 a month if all ppv was included but u have to pay £25 plus how ever much the fight is biggest con ever no wonder its a billion pound business when ur robbing customers everyday for £25 , ofcom serious needs too look in too this broadcaster as its disgusting the way they lock you in even not knowing and just keep trying trying everyday to get your money avoid dzan

Their subscription is fraudulent. They lock you into an annual subscription with no way to cancel, even if you don't use the service.
They lie and tell you that your subscription will soon switch to monthly where you can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice, then they don't give that option.

There's no option to cancel in your account settings and no way to remove your payment method.

Eddie hall Vs Tommy fury. Payed and watched. A wel later £25 goes out my bank for a subscription I didn’t make. Ah fine. Cancelled it and got the bank to refund it. Suprise suprise Monday morning rolls around, there’s now an active subscription and I’m minus £25. Absolutely scam of a site. Will be looking into legal action. Not the £25 that matters but that DAZN are scammers that does.
