The first coat I bought ripped near the shoulder but as I needed the next size up I figured I would just order another coat as my puppy had been using the first one for a while and I was happy with it.
Had a different experience with my second order.
The zip would not stay closed and would open as I was walking my dog.
Emailed the company and sent them a photo and they agreed to replace the jacket. They asked that I send my dogs measurements so they could send me the right size!! Not sure if they thought my order was too small and this was why it wouldn’t stay shut, but this absolutely wasn’t the case. As was evident in the photo I sent them.
Unfortunately life got in the way of me sending the measurements. Along with a change in the weather which meant my dog didn’t need to wear a coat so it wasn’t at the forefront of my mind! Now they are saying I have left it too long for a replacement!!! Surely a replacement in the size i originally ordered would have made sense. Total waste of money and an expensive coat when it’s poor quality

Do not waste your money on this product. They are nothing like what are portrayed in the pictures, description or color as shown above. And to get your money back you have 2 choices. Either send it back to China where you pay the return shipping and then you have to wait until they receive and inspect the item before they would refund the cost. Do you realize how long that will take?????

The second choice is a measly 30% refund on the price without returning the item. Neither choice is told to you when you purchase the item.

You are told there is a 30 day refund but you're really getting ripped off either choice you make.

These blankets are nothing but cheap pieces of cloth that you could easily buy on TEMU.

I just wasted over $60 on this crap because I love my senior Labrador retriever who needed help seeing.

This company plays on the heart strings of people like me with no regard except making money off caring pet owners.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Shame on this company for stealing from people who love their fur baby family members!!!

Ordered 2 jacket for my Jack Russell' had a slight problem, I contacted customer services spoke with Tanya who was very helpful dealing with the issue it was resolved very quickly replacement sent. Thanks Tanya much appreciated I would definitely purchase from Doggykings again.

I ordered 2 coats in October they took a good week after the stated delivery time to arrive. When they did arrive I was initially really pleased with the coats the fit on my dogs was great and seem to do the job and keep my 2 old labourers warm one 13 and one 14. Unfortunately by January one of the coats the zip had broke so was unusable then yesterday the other zip broke on the other coat so this is now unusable over £50 both coats cost me really disappointed it’s not like my dogs have been running around in the coat with other dogs and giddy like in past years they are 2 old plodders these days so I would have expected the coats to last won’t be buying again

Great jacket, easy to put on and washes well.

A great harness and they had excellent customer service, replacing
a harness that had a faulty catch.

Great guidelines on how to measure up your dog. If on the line, I would recommend going a size larger just to make it easier to zip up. I took a while to adjust the straps to my liking. My dog hates wearing jackets as he's just to cool with lots of opinion, but once it is on he's fine and it has good coverage and warmth. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

I ordered two dog coats, good quality and very pleased with them.

Flora is a cross springer/lab and has a long back. Her coat fits perfectly, is a quality product and looks great.

This is a great company. Iv had many a dog coat off them. Unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong size. I got in contact with them and they sent me another one, without sending the other one back. They was extremely helpful with everything and I had great communication with them. Id highly recommend them to anyone

Words cannot describe how a company where we ordered a coat for our sausage dog. I ordered the wrong jacket I contacted doggys kings they immediately sent me a replacement jacket even though it was my mistake I cannot fault or praise them enough, there customer service was fantastic our dog loves there jackets. Thank you Doggie Kings for all your help in resolving our problem😊😊🫶🫶

The first product I brought did not fit my dog, so I contacted the company to arrange to send back the product. They responded immediately and directly to arrange a replacement product. They were very thorough in making sure that I received the correct size and when the replacement arrived, it was a perfect fit. The delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated but the customer service from this company is outstanding. I’m very happy with the quality of the product and will definitely be recommending this company for quality and service.

The product is great but the buying process was not. I tried to buy a 2nd one and have now given up despite having asked for assistance which didn’t help complete a transaction.

Lovely warm raincoats, at such a reasonable price.
So easy to put on, especially on my energetic 2 year old Working Cocker Spaniel. Mum and son looked great whilst out walking. Loved the colours (purple and navy) and combined/built in harness.

This jacket is great for my 2 and a half year old Corgi. I first ordered the wrong size (he is a bit larger than average) but after very helpful customer service, I was able to get the correct size sent to me.

Yes the delivery times are a bit slow, both of mine took between 2 and 3 weeks to arrive (from China) but I kind of expected this to be the case.

All in all, the company were great to me and the jacket is perfect.
