I ordered 2 coats in October they took a good week after the stated delivery time to arrive. When they did arrive I was initially really pleased with the coats the fit on my dogs was great and seem to do the job and keep my 2 old labourers warm one 13 and one 14. Unfortunately by January one of the coats the zip had broke so was unusable then yesterday the other zip broke on the other coat so this is now unusable over £50 both coats cost me really disappointed it’s not like my dogs have been running around in the coat with other dogs and giddy like in past years they are 2 old plodders these days so I would have expected the coats to last won’t be buying again

Friendly airline staff as well as at the accommodation

Always good service and you know a rep will be with you if you have any problems. Transfers are good and turn up on time to pick you up as well. Good value for money and good accommodation sometimes basic but clean. Jet2 is always my first choice been travelling with you for a number of years and can’t fault the service you provide in all areas including flight and staff on the flight reps at airports transfers including helpful drivers and the standard of accommodation including helpful hotel staff.

Great place to visit friendly people and staff would go again if I was going to Lanzarote plenty to do in the resort lots of beautiful restaurants

Good service was on time with delivery. Product good value for money

Slight improvement on my dogs mobility but still early days it has only been just 6weeks of taking it so not long enough to give more stars as yet still getting in her system
