Very happy with the process for tickets, although you have to go to the BST app to retrieve them. The communication on what to do and get your tickets was very good.
The concert was great, for me outstanding performances from The War on drugs, I so love this band, and Mumford and sons was incredible, such a high tempo performance and you see how good the really are with some great guests during their set. For me Ticketmaster is my go to site.

I have been a Butternut customer for many years but our stocks built up so we paused our account. I love that you are able to do that and restart at any time. Anyway I wanted to increase the deliver window as we sadly lost one of our beautiful dogs. Fin was able to help very quickly and sort the perfect plan for us to continue with the high quality food for our beautiful boy.

If we start with the good stuff, the product quality is very good and I think a lot of people are missing out on these great coats for dogs. The product is a really good price giving great value for money. My little daxi no longer gets a cold wet tummy but is now we protected.
Not so good, the time taken to receive my order was over a month and I would have to say that good communication was not in evidence, this needs to improve.
I have to say though that we will definately be using doggykings again.

We already had products from doggyking so we knew the quality was really good. We saw the offers on Facebook so we ordered another coat for our sweet little boy. That's the good part. Unfortunately the tracking detail was really poor and I ad to contact doggyking to find out what had happened to our order, lost in transit apparently. So another was sent to us but tracking again was non existent. One day our order turned up so happy days. This has not put me off ordering but there needs to be significant improvement in order communication.

It was a very simple process on the web site to choose oir product and place the order.
Communication was very good, so we Kew exactly what was happening with our order and when it was available.

I have built a very good relationship with my adviser and believe he has put a good plan in place for my future. We communicate on a regular basis and have valuable feedback sessions.

What I like is the great value of the subscription and the opportunity of some great prizes. But mostly it is the fact that you are contributing to many worthwhile causes, and what everyone should want is to make a difference to other people's lives.

When.looking for a new laptop I found a very good quality product at a very reasonable price. I ordered online and it was delivered to a local Waitrose. Very good email communication on the process to.pick up my order. You can tell.them when you are coming at it is prepared ready for you. Sosimple.

My 2 little doggies love this food, their favourites are Wham Bam Lamb and Beef it up.
We have tried some other makes but nothing compares to Butternut.

We cancelled Butternut because of rising costs but after a while we realised that the quality if product and our 2 doggies love for Wambam lamb and Beefitup, our dogs deserved the bust and immediately were excited to have this back on the menu. You cannot beat a product that smells good enough to eat. They love it.

Firstly Brabazon cottage is a beautiful spacious cottage with exposed stone walls in the bedrooms. Excellent amenities to make the stay in the cottage smooth. I would have expected though some basic cleaning products for the kitchen and bathrooms. The grounds are exceptional and make for lovely dog walks. For us the weather was poor but the external areas are well provided for a relaxing time outside.

Always have a good experience when visiting the shop in the Mall, such excellent staff always on hand to make it easy to find what you need, advise and show you the best deals. There are always competitive prices and great deals on a large range of products.

The team at the Luton Mall store are always so helpful. Always available to guide you to what you are looking for and advising on best deals without being overwhelming. They always have time for customers making it a pleasure to go to store.

The prizes are great and the fact that you are helping with contributions to charitable institutions makes it very worthwhile.

Very simple process which takes no time to follow. Winning prizes are very exciting would love to win something.

I booked tickets for rolling stones but did not receive confirmation.Shannon very quickly found the issue and sorted this out and also aligning with the AXS App. Very friendly,helpful and efficient. Everything you want when you have a problem.🌟

Our experience of your service is excellent. When we needed help with our sick dog the attention and confidence in the ability of your staff to take care of our little dog is so important. Great knowledge and communication helps a great deal. We have nothing but good things to say about the staff and service. We left the vet on the morning armed with all the information need for our daytime vet to continue the treatment for a little dog.

After my bathroom refurb we had 1 tap extra as we were not sure what we wanted. Contacting Tap Warehouse customer service is very simple online and staff are very efficient in helping sort any issues. I recommend TW for product and service.

This is a very nice apartment in a really good location. Access is quite difficult by external staircase with luggage and dogs. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished however more storage for clothing is essential. Some basics should be improved e.g. condiments and refuse bags. This is in a great location and everything you need is within easy reach.
