HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
BEWARE of this company. Would give this below zero stars if possible. Items listed on sale CANNOT be returned. They lied to us on the phone and told me it could be returned. The marketing on their site is deliberately unclear. I found this couch very uncomfortable as the wooden frame can be felt even despite the cushioning. Dealing with them has been a nightmare they denied telling me contradictory information over the phone. AVOID at all costs unless you don’t mind buying an expensive couch with no possibility of refund.

This order was placed during a promotional sale, and as outlined in our return policy, discounted items are final sale. This policy is accessible to customers both before and at checkout and applies to all sales purchases.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our sofas are constructed with a feather and foam cushion system designed to prevent contact with the internal frame, and the experience described is not typical based on feedback from most customers. Because the sofa had only been set up for one day, we provided guidance to remove the cushions from the covers and allow them time to fully expand, as they are shipped compressed and require time to reach their intended comfort level. We also offered additional filling as a goodwill measure to improve comfort.
We do not have any record of our team advising that this specific discounted item would be returnable, and all staff follow the same return policy. While we regret the frustration caused, the written policy accepted at checkout governs the transaction.
We aim to be transparent and fair with all customers and remain available to assist within the terms of our policy.
The best couch ever!
The couch has been very good for the past year and a half and is extremely comfortable. It is so comfortable that I sometimes fall asleep on it, the customer service was friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. I have already recommended this company to my friends and would definitely suggest ordering from them.

Couch is great, feels super durable as well as being comfortable. Very appealing to the eyes as well. Customer service felt like I was working with a private interior stylist which was very cool. Shipping was extremely fast, surprisingly and unexpectedly fast, every piece was delivered on the same day 3 days after I placed the order… Barry Alan fast. Couch is great, I like that I can remove and machine wash the fabric and even order replacement with custom fabric and color requests.

The couch we received was exactly what we envisioned for our basement. It was easy to assemble, and even easier to rearrange for a variety of formats. It is really comfortable. Would recommend GH2 to anyone looking to purchase a modular couch!

Great product for the money
Great product for the money. Our 2 small dogs love the couch and the covers are extremely easy to clean and look new after each wash (we bought a white couch). Very comfortable material and cushion fill, can rearrange the couch super easily. The storage ottoman is great as well. Tall guy approved.

I absolutely love my cloud couch
I absolutely love my cloud couch! It's so comfy, stylish, and also extremely affordable compared to what's on the market. You can configure them how you like, and toss the coverings in the wash if needed. I couldn't ask for more but they even come in different colours as well if you get bored. I got some accent pillows on my white couch.. definitely feels like I'm in the clouds after resting from a long day. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

Very fast delivery speed!
I was really surprised by the delivery speed! We ordered last night and had the sofa arrive today. Just set it up, was a simple assembly, just me and my wife, and we got it done in less than an hour. The couch looks and feels great, my wife hasn't left the couch since we built it lol.
