The couch is beautiful and the delivery was top notch, white glove.

I ordered a sectional from everyroom, after the delivery I noticed that The back cushions are unstable, do not fit properly, and appear incorrectly sized. Part of my order was also missing.

Everyroom acknowledged that the cushion behavior I reported is not normal and offered Velcro, which they confirmed was not part of the original design. Despite my videos, complaints, and incomplete delivery, they refused my request for a refund because the sofa is custom.

Excellent service and options to get exactly what we were looking for. Delivered efficiently to us and set up everything before leaving.

Our Bennett custom sectional looks great and is very comfortable. Delivery was easy and they set everything up for us. Great value for a custom sofa.

The couch is perfect! Our ordering was easy and fun; being able to look at the blueprint for approvals and ensuring everything was correctly measuring. Then our delivery was incredibly smooth, fast, and the team was really communicative.

Got the titan sectional with custom dimensions. Paid extra for the sofa bed upgrade with the wood tables.
When I approved the blueprint they told me I didn't have to place the table in the middle as pictured so I approved it. Couch was delayed many times. When it finally arrived, the wood tables were missing and I was told I had to contact the company. The delivery man had to get a drill to attach the two pieces because the placement was incorrect. Needless to say, the end piece doesn't connect properly with the rest of the couch. They now need to send me hardware with these wood pieces I paid for so that I can attach them myself. 2.5 months along and I'm still waiting for those pieces. The couch is uneven because of differing attachments and the sofa pullout isn't a bed as advertised. It's way too small for any adult to use.
Save yourself the aggravation and order from somewhere else.

Delivery guys were fast and professional setting everything up, and it looks great! Unpacked and removed all the packaging. Thanks again for the experience.

4 hour window given 3 days before, text the morning of 90 minutes before arrival with a 30 minute window. They arrived on time, placed it exactly where I asked, unwrapped, assembled and took all garbage away like they were never here. Best furniture delivery I’ve ever had!! Thank you

Installation was quick and the guys were courteous and respectful of our home.

My wife and I are in our 70s, and honestly, we were little worried about the whole furniture buying process, but it turned out to be much easier and more pleasant than we expected.

The showroom staff gave us plenty of time and never pressured us to make a decision. The delivery arrived on time, and two young men who delivered the sofa were polite, patient and friendly. Recommend to anyone our age who finds this stuff stressful.
