We are trying to return the couch and it has not been an easy process. We bagged it all up and took all of the required pictures.

My daughter is a law student. Saturday return pick up was an option at the outset. Now Sharetown is saying that Saturday is not a typical pickup time and that they will get back to her. She has not heard from them again (although it has not yet been a week). We just need to establish a date. My kid has no seating and a large, covered, useable couch in a one bedroom apartment.

The quality of the couch is great. It is just not as comfortable as we expected, especially given the low back. We had watched videos and measured to death. I wish we could have sat in it somewhere first.

We trusted the statement of easy returns.

Couch has been great so far. Customer service responsive to questions that I had. I ordered a love seat that took a hike to ship but we love it.

What a wonderful experience I had working with Lara Cocenski, she was kind informative and patient. This was my first purchase and will definitely not be my last, I am looking forward to receiving my sleep sofa in two weeks.

I had an issue with the chair I purchased but the matter was resolved in an extremely efficient manner by customer service. I would advise getting sample fabrics first to ensure the colour match is correct.

The sofa has exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable with ideal support including the backrest.

These loungers are beautiful, comfortable and so easy to set up. The delivery was a snap (no waiting on appts) loved them so much I ordered 2 more.

Experience has been great. Super easy to set up both bed and couch. Couch back is a little low but still super comfy and the kids love it.

From order to delivery, my experience with Rove Lab was seamless. My S8 Sleeper Sofa in the color Lunar Dune arrived as scheduled. Putting it together was easy enough but getting it zipped together would have been helpful with another person. With a little patience, i got it zipped in just a few minutes. The couch inflated instantly and looked awesome from the go. I did notice some slight wrinkles on the fabric which went away in a few days. The sofa is firm, which I like as well as the bed. It takes a little maneuvering to pull it out into bed form but nothing too crazy. I set up the bed for guests with a mattress pad and king-sized sheets. They slept comfortably over the weekend. It is very low to the ground and very firm. Lucky for me, my guests are flexible and nimble and prefer a firm mattress. Love the color, style and price. I am very pleased with my purchase. My dog loves it too!

Absolute disgraceful service and only 1 person in the whole company answering calls and emails in the UK.

Called them around 25 times and kept on hold for hours on end.

At least 10 emails sent finally getting a response.

The sofa arrived used and damaged and is designed for short people around 4’ in height.

It’s like sitting in the floor.

There is NO back support you feel as though you are in a sun lounger.

They offered peanuts as compensation for the damaged sofa and then decided to give it away free to charity instead of allowing me to keep it and fix my self out of desperation with an upholsterer.

I really believe that their videos are mostly AI generated and their reviews are false.

It’s basically a foam blow up sofa which is more of a gimmick than anything else and we fell for it.

We will be having 10 family members over the upcoming Christmas holidays and need an extra bed. We were pleasantly surprised with the ease of assembly. We have to move it to a larger room from where we are storing it but it only takes minutes to take apart snd reassemble. So far, we are very pleased with your product.

Love the fabrics and colours but i can't get the armchair in the colour I want so it's scuppered my plans!

This review specifically reflects my experience with the RoveLab Taiwan team and the local distributor/customer service team.

If this is what the Taiwan team considers “normal quality,” then it is genuinely difficult to understand what quality standards are actually being applied in Taiwan.

Before purchasing, I specifically traveled to Kaohsiung to see and try the sofa in person. I made the purchase only after confirming that I was satisfied with both the appearance and seating comfort of the showroom model.

However, the product delivered to my home showed noticeable differences in seat height, inconsistent foam recovery, cushions that did not appear fully expanded, and a seating feel that was clearly different from the showroom model.

Even after waiting beyond the recovery period recommended by the Taiwan team, the issues remained.

Yet instead of carrying out a convincing objective inspection or providing clear technical criteria, the responses from the Taiwan customer service team continued to revolve around phrases such as “personal preference,” “product characteristics,” and “within the normal range.”

My question has always been very simple:
Does the product delivered to me actually meet the same quality standard represented by the product displayed and sold by RoveLab Taiwan?

Unfortunately, I have still not received a convincing answer.

What is especially frustrating is the way the Taiwan team handled the after-sales process. Rather than objectively verifying whether the product met the brand’s stated specifications, the issue was repeatedly reframed as a matter of my personal perception or preference.

So if a customer receives a sofa that looks and feels noticeably different from the showroom model, but the sofa is still technically usable, does the Taiwan team simply consider that “normal”?

Even more disappointing, my later follow-up messages to the Taiwan distributor/customer service team eventually received no further response.

After paying this price for a product, I did not expect the customer to be the one repeatedly chasing the Taiwan team, documenting the issue, and trying to prove that there may be a product-quality problem, while the main response from the local team is simply that everything is “normal.”

My concerns are not only about the consistency of the product quality, but also about the extremely passive way the Taiwan team has handled this case. Possible product defects have not been properly investigated, objective quality standards have not been clearly demonstrated, and communication has eventually stopped.

If the official images, showroom model, and the actual product delivered to customers can differ this noticeably, and the Taiwan team can still explain everything as being “within the normal range,” then I would strongly recommend that customers in Taiwan think carefully before purchasing.

At this point, my experience with the RoveLab Taiwan team deserves one star.
Not because the product failed to match my personal preferences perfectly, but because the way the Taiwan team has responded to a legitimate product-quality concern has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

I love how quickly the boxes arrived, they were in excellent shape and no rips or tears. Setting up the couch is SO easy! Plus I love that you can always add on if your space changes!

We liove our lounge we also love it can be built onto more and the lifetime warranty is comforting!! .. . only issue is I have 7 children and 2 grandkids that climb all over it which is amazing !! But …. There are no real cleaning instructions for it! It just says I can use a cloth as it says do not remove cushion covers etc so I can’t put them in the washing machine or anything… so they are starting to look a bit grubby, and I’m super worried if one of my kids fall asleep on it and have an accident… Also the Velcro that you stick under the couch for a bit of air flow they come off too easily. Over all tho it looks amazing we can interchange it how we like so can fit in most areas and it’s super comfy and aesthetically pleasing to look at.
