Friend ordered fishtank gravel cleaner. It dies not do what it's supposed to so got in touch for refund. They offered 79% refund as needs to go back to Asia or somewhere like that. We want full refund and responded as such and nothing. Won't use again

Well my package went missing with the courier and the seller went above and beyond to help me to either have a replacement item or a refund they were very helpful

Not very good and no good if you are left handed
I ordered a full size big cleaning spray for which I paid £9:99 plus £3:99 for P&P and to my astonishment I received a miniature spray which is 3.5" and probably holds no more than 2 squartes of spray, when I contacted the company they reluctantly offered me £9.78 back which I feel is not right as the product probably only cost them a few pence in China surely this wrong and I am 💯% sure that the P&P would not have cost them £3:99 , so I sent them several emails requesting more money, the company has since set an automated email they are not negotiating with me at all.
The spray was advertised as a full size product so that goes against the British trading standards, I have been ripped off and I will not give up on this issue.
My order number is ##BLES17522.
Sure, the company may have sold a few full size spray to get positive reviews and I now seriously believe that some of the reviews may even be fake or "bought".
I am not sure about the exact date the that I received the product but it was around 29th if May 2026.
If this issue is not resolved I will be contacting my Bank to retrieve my money.
The company even suggested that I would sell it, what a laugh 😃, who would pay £13:98 pence for 2 squarts of spray.
I am not sure how I can share the pictures of the product 🤔 but this is a MEGA rip off, maybe they get away with it in China but I will warning customers on every social media to stop these crooks from ripping off innocent poor people.
I have given the company all the details already, they are just trying to avoid paying me my money back hence if I don't get a reply within in 3 working days, I will be contacting British trading standards and my Bank to ensure that this company stops this from happening in future .

I ordered a phone charger kit from this outfit. When the kit arrived I found that it was not iPhone compatible (during the purchase no mention or choice was provided about compatibility). I have emailed their customer service requesting a replacement or refund. They promptly responded with an apology andxa full refund.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
I placed an order for a room projector for my Granddaughter based on an advertisement video.
The item was completely shoddy & contravened advertising standards.
When I contacted the company they asked me to provide proof of purchase & video evidence then merely dismissed my concerns stating that returning the item would be too costly for me so I should just keep it & gift it to someone.
I will not be settling for this & will be taking it further
