The dual function version of this Doll Stand is good but I think most people buying this should change the factory supplied screw that attaches the pole to the base. with a stronger stainless steel one. The factory supplied screw is too weak in the way it is machined.(See photo) The head of the screw can tear away very easy. Go purchase a stainless steel M8 x 1.25 x 25mm screw and it will hold up better to the forces the doll's full weight from the pole imposes on the base.

The website had all the information and pictures that I needed to decide on my new doll, purchasing was easy, and follow up communication from BLD and the Shop app made it easy to track. The doll was exactly as pictured on the website,so no surprise on unboxing, unlike other doll sites I purchased from in the past. The other doll I purchased is coming from China , but I have no doubt that she will also be exactly as I ordered. BLD has done a great job for me.

Very professional, ordering process went great - unfortunately the doll that arrived was defective and they sorted out with the factory to send replacement.

My experience with ordering from BetterLoveDoll.com was exceptionally good. I highly recommend them based upon the communication, product, and after-delivery follow up experience I recently had with them.

I've never ordered something like this before, so I had many questions and, of course, was concerned about the financial part too. Too many fake websites out there these days. Too many scammers. I treaded carefully and settled into contacting BetterLoveDoll to find out more about a potential purchase. I couldn't have been happier with my choice.

I reached out with questions, and David responded. I had read elsewhere that David provided great customer service; I have since experienced it first hand! I reached out with several questions - from product information ( I already knew which model I wanted to order; I was twitterpated the moment I saw her online), to option/upgrade recommendations (his recommendations included NOT adding things in fact - kept the price LOWER), to shipping dates and schedules (college age child at home and needed to ensure the package would arrive when he would be out of town), to after arrival questions and looking for advice. David provided great answers, HONEST information, and was personable, which grew the more we communicated. He understood that I was a serious potential customer and he made sure I had all the information necessary to make informed decisions and a purchase I would be happy with.

The doll model I was interested in was listed on several vendor's websites - all with different names - but all using the same manufacturer provided images. In this day and age of AI, I was concerned how much was "her" and how much was "AI enhanced." When David provided me with the link to see **my doll** at the factory - the confirmation/approval images - I was more than thrilled. She looked beautiful. More than I could have imagined. She looked like the manufacturer's images, 100%. What I fell head over heels attracted to, what I based my order on, and what was about to be shipped to me, ALL matched completely!!

I approved the images and David arranged the shipping. The tracking information was great and accurate. She arrived at the house fast, and totally within the "kid out of town" window. Woo hoo!

The doll was packaged securely for the international travel. The **one** negative was that there was some damage on the bottom of her feet upon arrival, but that was NOT because of BetterLoveDoll, NOT because of poor packaging, and NOT because of anything the vendor/manufacturer/factory could have done better. It was 100% the shipping company. They left the package standing VERTICALLY, leaning against the front of my house upon arrival, rather than HORIZONTALLY, as the box clearly CLEARLY stated . . . with arrows and everything!! So, her feet were damaged from the arrival and standing - UPS at fault - not BetterLoveDoll.

I did email David to let her know my doll arrived, that she looked AMAZING, that I wanted to thank him for all his help throughout the process and across all the emails, and I did mention the damage to the doll's feet. David encouraged me to reach out to the shipping insurance company - BetterLoveDoll provides shipping insurance as part of the order. I did as he suggested, provided photos, and they offered compensation that was fair and reasonable. And QUICKLY too!! It will certainly cover a TPE repair kit for the foot damage plus a little extra I'll be saving for my next BetterLoveDoll order. :)

In 2025 I purchased a Doll from David’s Betterlovedoll website, USA model C cup fit waist etc for about $1100Aud-$1200Aud (he tends to leave his updated sales to AUD if you are from Aus and takes advantage of this as seen as warning earlier this week on his site which is a year later) minutes later he responds in live chat saying he forgot to change the currency and how this Doll is in USA but being shipped to AUS costs way to much so… then he pulls his 50% - 80% VENDOR discount to a factory in china to pull off $600USD profit which “6YE” (cover up brand) which are nameless Dolls “amor” < (real brand name) says he can ship it straight to Australia cheap but except being a USA model it’s a Japanese A-cup (weak waist) then sends 3 photos of this doll sitting down and says it’s been in a box for 6 months (which isn’t your bulk stocked) but since he does the refund first which makes him “secured” has me convinced this is better then the bulk stocked kimberdoll (kimber is the master queen at submissions and locks eyes, 6YE Lets go, counters rhythms and avoids eye contact and if you force a submission a joint (knees or the hip will dislocate) Now David has 8ish PTSD related roles in one of his site tabs as a cover photo with a description explaining how he looks after veterans etc (I have Complex-ptsd) and 6YE is not a recommended doll for anyone. I had Aus boarder examine the doll before the passenger (Law-enforcement) hopped in and they put my box at the bottom floor instead wheeling it up 3 floors unlike as if USA C-cup or Kimber etc now when I received this doll without the detailed inconvenience involving Supreme Court in Australia (which is why I left my official review until now) THE 6YE doll was nothing but retraumatising unlike 4/100 of the time. When you have a veteran-standard Doll you are over and done with but a second doll being constantly unfortunate taking up time NOW after all the (unintentional emails for a refund etc I sent David updates of the issue not being anywhere as a kimberdoll he would respond defensively yup despite how I THREW this doll in the big bin 6 months later I finally got to the moment I been waiting for.. Dear David….. for our Australian Veterans… When you send us photos make sure you have one positioning the dolls head leaning forward and ask your Chinese friends to rhythm and see if the head FALLS DOWN OMFG this MOFO was in a box for 6 months for a reason.. miss-modified. I sent David simple nice versions via email and somehow my sent mails are modified like he never got them and when he did he would respond professionally except without acknowledgement. Thanks anyway next time due to Aus being strict make sure head is durably screwed on body idk if I’d get another unless if it’s David’s USA bullet proof brand to Aus holy f nope gl Aussies to good to be true. Rip Kimberdoll bulk stock world wide that was a ptsd treating doll straight heaven thanks David
