This was my first order from Kanadoll, and overall the experience was excellent.

I purchased a Fanreal Maria 170G full-silicone factory-second/imperfect doll for approximately $1,430 with free U.S. shipping.

What impressed me most was the communication before I purchased. Responses were almost immediate, very detailed, and extremely helpful. I was considering an imperfect/clearance doll, so I wanted to know exactly what I would be receiving before spending the money.

Kanadoll provided a full Google Drive/Docs collection with detailed photos and videos of the actual doll, including the cosmetic defects. They were able to get me the information and images faster than I could decide whether I wanted to buy her.

The defects were described as cosmetic rather than structural, including small indentations and repair marks. When the doll arrived, the imperfections were actually even less noticeable than I expected from the photos. There was no skeleton or joint damage, and the doll arrived safely.

Shipping was also excellent. The doll was already in U.S. stock and arrived in roughly a week. Shipping was completely free, with no surprise freight or handling charge added later.

As for the doll, Maria has become probably the best overall doll I have owned so far. The body feels much more natural to hold than several other dolls I have owned. She has enough material around the skeleton that she does not feel overly bony, and the overall body softness and weight distribution are excellent.

The breasts are smaller than I personally expected, but they have good softness and movement.

My biggest complaint is the vaginal channel. The material is very soft, and although there is visible internal texture, much of that texture collapses during use, so the sensation is much weaker than I would prefer. I would personally prefer a firmer, higher-rebound internal material with stronger sustained texture.

That is a criticism of the doll design rather than Kanadoll. The seller delivered the configuration and condition they described.

I have not needed warranty service yet, so I cannot rate Kanadoll’s warranty handling at this time.

For this first purchase, though, I have very little to complain about. Communication was extremely fast, the actual unit photos and videos were detailed, shipping was fast and genuinely free, and the imperfect doll arrived in better cosmetic condition than I expected.

Excellent timely communication about shipping and after sale service. The doll has a head color which does not match the color of the body and they made a new head with right color to be delivered . Great, reliable service.

I ordered a replacement penis for my sex though and it was way smaller than necessary. It was not anatomically correct and when I attached it to the body it sunk inside the body. So I emailed the company as soon as I received the penis and realize it was way too small and expedite exchanged it mind you it was soft and floppy so it was not used for penetration. I was told that I could not exchange it even though it had never used only open to see what the product was and how it fit.
