The shipping was extremely fast, doll was packaged very well, support is awesome.lela is a little darker than pictured, but might fade a little with washing, seems to be made really well. All in all, nice experience with this company.

I think this company thinks people will be to embarrassed to complain. This company never delivered the product. They accused me of rerouting the order back to them despite me sharing the communication between Fedex and I. First off FedEx lost the package for a week. I asked BRD if they would give me a refund and they told me not if the package was found. The package was found and FedEx asked if I wanted to return the product. I told them no that I was "stuck" with a product I no longer needed because of their incompetence. FedEx ends up sending the package back to BRD and I know BRD received the package back because they signed for the package. Actually employee S. Zhang signed for it. Now BRD has their product back, refuses to give me back my full money because they say FedEx was confused about me telling them I'm stuck with it and that the company will not refund my money if returned. Now BRD wants me to pay for shipping again for whatever the package actually consists of when they failed to deliver it in the first place, the package was lost at one point, and nobody asked FedEx to return the package to them. Why am I at fault here? Why should I have to pay for shipping again, why shouldn't I get a refund if I never had possession of the package, and S Zhang employee at BRD signed for it. I'm not even sure if the package ever included what it was supposed to. However they are keeping my money for the order and refuse to send the order unless I pay for shipping again. This is insane. This company has been terrible and for all I know they sent something I never ordered and didn't cost what I paid because I never even saw the product yet they feel like they get to keep the nearly 500 dollars paid. This is theft. They stole my money. I've never seen the product. I'm sorry the company has issues with FedEx but they didn't let me pick who would be delivering the package they picked FedEx and instead of holding FedEx responsible they want to place blame on the customer. That tells you what type of service your getting from this company if they really are a company. My guess is they post their own positive reviews because I don't think this package was ever intended to be delivered because it was in my home state twice and neither time did it make it to my residence.

July 1st 2026: This is response to their reply: BRD apologized on 06/25 and said they would ship a new one. I told them I might take this review down in 06/25 if they actually had something at my doorstep by 06/30. Please note had I not put in a review they wouldn't have done anything. They literally only offered possible help after posting this. As of yesterday 06/30 FedEx reports they just printed a new label never dropped anything off. According to FedEx they could have made the delivery by last Sunday 06/28 had BRD dropped off the package the same day they made the shipping label 06/25. It is now Wednesday 07/01 nearly a week since their "apology" and nearly a month since the initial order and they haven't shipped anything. This is not a real company. Ignore their comment below it is meaningless they do not exist.

I appreciate both the service and correspondence with the folks from Bestrealdoll. I had received my new doll in great condition. Also, I liked the fact that they made sure to send me photos of the doll for quality control before shipping it.

Customer service before, during and after the sale were amazing. The product itself is as advertised. On most listings all of the dolls measurements (and most importantly, weight) are listed. On the few that are not, it can easily be gotten by using the contact form. Shipping was immediate and took only a few days from their warehouse in California to Texas and was packed well.

So to start this, at first I was very afraid this would be a scam site with Howard others are out there.

To my major surprise it was in fact no scam. After I paid I had tracking info and updates all the way to delivery.

My doll came exactly as expected. Only small issue was I also ordered the hanging hooks with it. They took almost 2 weeks longer to show up but I found out it's because they where shipped from China. So they had a very long trip plus customs to clear and that always takes time.

People should understand, you guys aren't spending $5,000 on a high end doll. You should expect there to be minor flaws. But nothing that impacts the usability of the doll at all.

I very happy I made the purchase that I did, even being a little afraid of a scam. With risk comes rewards!! I got a great doll for a decent price & no issues with her.

After ordering from their very stocked United States warehouse i was sent doll within 3 buisness days. Super quick. So excited like a kid on Christmas day. First off wow! The shipping time took about 3 months for standard shipping so be prepared for that if you have customizations. The doll itself was exactly as described and delivers on what it was made for. Spring for the silicon if you can swing it as the TPE works but is more stiff in the areas you need to be extra soft. That being the lining of the opening of the vagina. Very soft and proportioned like an actual woman. I would definitely buy another doll from these guys if there was a need.
