High quality, great price, and the best service.

On two separate occasions, my wife and I bought a reol system from the Bolia outlet online. The purchase was confirmed each time and the money was withdrawn each time, however within 1-2 days the order was cancelled and the money was returned. The second time we made the purchase, I confirmed in person that the order was guaranteed at the Østerbro store location. The purchase and my trip to the store to confirm the purchase was only a waste of my time and my schedule planning around having the reol system delivered to my apartment.

We have bought the exposition item and we had to dismantle by ourselves. The policy is to not even give the box of the item with a high risk of damaging it.
The item though is nice.

I am renovating a 130 sqm apartment and bought furniture from so many brands, and BOLIA is the only brand that I have absolutely nothing to complain about, from customer service, product quality to delivery. The staff in the store was extremely sweet and helpful, especially Beata in Vesterbro branch, and Asta, the brand manager online. Both have been very helpful and gave great advice in terms of fabric, color, model, and size of their products.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering clear advice that made our decisions much easier. We truly appreciated how they went above and beyond. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for excellent servIce. The products are fantastic too!

I ordered two sets of Silhouette Cocktail Glasses from Bolia on 31 March 2026 and paid extra for express delivery (£10) and gift wrapping (£4). Around two and a half weeks later, only one of the two sets arrived. There was no gift wrapping, and the delivery was clearly not "express" — it took roughly 18 days.
I contacted customer service after the first 8 days with no parcel in sight. The reply was essentially "the package is stuck at customs, please wait", with no proactive follow-up, no offer to refund the express or gift-wrapping fees I'd paid for services that weren't delivered, and no information about the second set, which still hasn't arrived.
The glasses themselves look lovely, but paying a premium for express delivery and gift wrap and then receiving a late, partial, unwrapped order — and having to chase it yourself — is a poor experience. I'm hoping Bolia will resolve this properly, but right now it's hard to recommend their delivery and customer service to anyone ordering from the UK.

Ordered a Cosima sleep sofa (sovesofa) - when it was delivered the sofa was defective and cannot be used as a sleep sofa. Bolia offered to send someone out to look at it but that took several weeks due to low availability of the person coming out who very quickly said this was a production error but it still took another 2-3 weeks after that to be able to figure out a solution with the customer service team. Customer service both in store and online have consistently been very pleasant to deal with but also very slow to respond / need to be followed up with.

The sofa is now being replaced with a further wait time of 6 weeks and Bolia offered to refund ~5% as an apology. So it will be approximately 3 months after the sofa was agreed to be delivered that I should hopefully finally have the item again.

All in all, not a good experience, and disappointing given the high cost - would probably not buy a bigger item from them again.

We bought a sofa from BOLIA and are very happy with it. The quality is excellent, and it looks great in our home. The customer service was also friendly and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience.

Very positive experience at Bolia. The salesperson took the time to guide us through the options and answer all our questions. They even gave us fabric samples to take home, which helped a lot when deciding. The whole process felt relaxed and supportive rather than stressful. Highly recommended.

Been to the shop 3 times. Still havent received my order. 3 times I have been told the order was ready to be picked up. 3 times items have been missing from the order. Very poor customer service. Original order was placed 4 months ago…. Don't order from there unless you are very patient
