I was apprehensive about buying online and not having seen the car but the process was very easy and all information given. On the day of delivery they give you some time with the car and show you around. There was a missing part but they called to advise me of my options before arriving and the customer service agents Reece, Darren and Owen kept me updated and a mobile technician came out to fix the missing parts. All round had good experience with Cinch and would consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

I am writing this review to publicly expose the severe lack of accountability and systemic stalling tactics of Cinch Cars Limited regarding my vehicle.Cinch is currently stalling a valid vehicle rejection and holding £13,448.00 of my money for an inherently defective vehicle delivered on 30th May 2025.Cinch has committed multiple severe breaches of the Consumer Rights Act 2015:Under Section 24, a trader is permitted only ONE repair attempt. Cinch dragged me through THREE separate repair attempts, completely failing to fix the vehicle, and unlawfully forced me to pay out of pocket for one of them after falsely rejecting my statutory coverage. In October 2025, within the 6-month statutory window, Cinch explicitly stated in writing that I was not allowed to return the vehicle, relying on an "expired corporate warranty" shield.Crucially, black-and-white email evidence proves Cinch's aftercare team fabricated a statement from a Land Rover main dealer to unlawfully reject my return request, claiming the dealer said it was a "new issue." Land Rover formally confirmed to me in writing that Cinch never contacted them.Following this, I was hit by severe family trauma—my daughter was diagnosed as disabled, and I suffered the consecutive loss of two close family members—forcing a temporary pause in the dispute. Now that I have resumed the claim and provided independent diagnostic scans and a fresh AA report proving these faults are pre-existing and unresolved, Cinch is stalling again.A final warning email was sent to their complaints team expiring today, Monday 7th September. Because a full settlement was not reached, this entire matter—including my total claim of £19,863.28 for the vehicle, consequential repair losses, and compensation—has been escalated directly to South Yorkshire Trading Standards Services for independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and shared with BBC’s Rip Off Britain.Cinch, assign a senior specialist to contact me immediately in writing to arrange vehicle collection and my full refund.

On receipt of my vehicle the owners handbook and relevant paperwork was missing. I am still waiting to hear back from the company regarding the whereabouts of this paperwork and owners book.

Kept informed every step of the way, nice people to talk too, car arrived on time, you could have made sure all fluids were full and as your bot is very useless you should include a telephone number so you can get in contact

Bought my first car from cinch 5 years ago and couldn't be more happy, great service, great car, just finished paying for that one so it was time to upgrade.
This time however was a little different, the car I bought came from part of the Marshalls group who have teamed up with cinch, everything went as expected, delivery driver was great and the car is too, on closer inspection once I'd taken ownership the car was absolutely filthy, you'd expect it to have a sign somewhere saying "awaiting preparation", the wheels look like they've never been cleaned they had baked in brown brake dust, took 4 good scrubs to get them looking clean, the inside of the car wasn't much better, in the seat crevices and along the side of the seat's were full of crumbs, this wasn't delivery dirt this was after heavy use, I noticed that the car had around 350 more miles on the clock than the pictures on the website so I can only imagine it's been used as a runaround for the staff in the garage from were it was delivered, the garage is around 90 miles from were I live so I would expect the delivery mileage to be around that number not 350! It makes me worry that if something like this has been overlooked what else might have slipped through the checklist.

The only positives I can really give Cinch are that the staff I spoke to over the phone were super friendly and they did give our money back pretty quickly.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was pretty awful and I would not trust this company again. We thought Cinch were a reputable company, which made what happened even more disappointing.
We paid nearly £300 for the car to be delivered, only for the delivery driver to drive the car and add miles to the clock. The driver also smelt really bad and left awful marks and odours in the car. The car itself was absolutely filthy when it arrived and they hadn’t even bothered to clean it.
The delivery team were completely unbothered. Both times they dropped the car off and later collected it, the employees looked unpresentable and had a strong unpleasant smell.
The car was also nowhere near as described. There was a deep cut in the driver’s seat, marks all over the interior and exterior, the steering wheel was sticky, the car smelt awful, the CarPlay interface was covered in smeared dirt, there was mud all over the footwell, large scratches inside the door handles, large liquid stains on the seats and so many other problems.
I genuinely don’t understand how this car was considered to be worth £10,000 or how they thought it was acceptable to send it out to a paying customer in that condition.
We returned the car literally 30 minutes after it arrived because of the condition, but they then refused to collect it until over a week later. During that time, we still had to pay for the car’s insurance and tax while it was sitting there unused. When they finally collected it, someone drove it back again, adding even more miles to the clock.
Another major concern was that the pictures online clearly did not appear to be of the car that was actually delivered to us.
The phone staff were friendly and our money was eventually returned fairly quickly, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the overall experience.
I would personally avoid Cinch after this experience and save yourself the time, stress and money.

Ian Neal was very kind and helpful when collecting my new car. Rosie Bakewell was also great when my partner and I were initially looking. Slight issue with the wheel alignment on the car, but hopefully we can get that resolved ASAP!

The whole process was easy, simple and completed quickly.
Joe in sales was very friendly, helpful and there was no pressure at all.
Ian Neal who completed the pass over of the vehicle made it a friendly and easy process.
Overall it was a quick, friendly and easy process.

The service was so easy to navigate
We only marked it down as the key batteries needed replacing, a basic check I would have thought
However we bought our Juke on trust, sight unseen and were not disappointed at all!
We paid to have it delivered, which was very convenient
We are really happy with it
We will definitely be using Cinch again as it really does take the "faff" out of buying a car and does exactly as it says on the tin!

The overall experience of buying the car was a good and very easy to manage. However i’m very disappointed with the photos shown on the website as they did not truly represent the level of scuffs on the exterior of the car but more importantly the ones on the inside. There are some deep and serious marks on the backs of the driver and passenger seats and also in the boot area. In my eyes these do not represent “Fair Wear and Tear”. Left a bit of a bad taste after the initial good service received.
