Once I discovered Carsa, nobody else was getting a look in. They will move a car from any of their branches to your nearest for a modest reservation fee. They are honest, transparent, and approachable. They do not do pressure selling. Jacob and Eric at Mountsorrel, deserve a special mention for their relaxed yet professional approach. Considering this is the most I have spent on a car by a considerable margin this has proved to be a pain free, almost enjoyable experience.

I bought my car from Carsa Towcester about a month ago and honestly, it was the best decision ever!

From start to finish, the whole experience was so easy and stress-free. A massive thank you to Jordan, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He was so helpful, friendly and explained everything really clearly to me, making sure I understood everything and never once making me feel pressured.

The only small thing I would mention is that I did have to replace one of the tyres shortly after purchasing the car, as the tread depth was low. This wasn’t something that had been mentioned to me during the process, so it was an unexpected expense. That being said, it was only a small issue and it hasn’t taken away from what was otherwise a really positive experience.

I’m absolutely loving my new car and couldn’t be happier with it! I’d definitely recommend Carsa Towcester to anyone looking for their next car, and especially Jordan for making the whole experience so positive!

The whole experience was enjoyable/straightforward. The £39 booking fee for a test drive is a great tool making choosing a car much easier. In addition to keeping you with one car supplier, instead of going on the tour of car suppliers, garages.

Carsa Durham provided an easy, stress-free buying experience. After my car purchase, any questions I've had, have been answered quickly via Watsapp or phone call.

Steve helped us out and was absolutely amazing the paperwork took us longer then expected not due to him but he went back and forth to get it sorted out for us and this was all with a cast on his foot up and not once did he seem like we had put him out of his way. Once all the paperwork was sorted we then realised the car we came with the battery died and I asked for his help he immediately went to get a jump start and got it started for us. An absolutely amazing chap and amazing customer service. We love the car as well. Thanks Carsa definitely be back.

Purchase a car from the cannock branch of carsa the sales guys name was Ryan he was very professional and polite not a pushy person he when above and beyond very pleased with him 10/10

Very pleased with our new car, I was very impressed from the moment I first called Carsa. The car was exactly as described and very well prepared for sale. Upon turning up at the showroom We were well looked after and then went on our test drive alone so no pushy sales person in back of car as has happened with other dealers. We were also told to take as long as we like and also advised to take car on the motorway too which was good.
We were talked through all of our options on our return after deciding to purchase the car and we also took out the 4 year warrantee and bodywork and wheel repair service too.
The complete service we received from Carsa today has been great and we are two very happy customers.
