Pay carjet for carhire but take the train...
Hi all
Just my experience. Booked 2 cars through carjet website to pick up in Athens airport, arrived there and after 45 min past collection time with "ok mobility car rental" I was announced without a sorry or any remorse that the broker carjet overbooked and they do not have any cars available.
I contacted carjet customer service about the incident and asked them to confirm the car that I booked for the next day(wasn't available from day one). They said that I can contact them myself and they will ask for a refund for what I payed for the first car and if I want any refunds for alternative transport from the airport to the hotel or any other inconvenience I have to sort it myself.
Pretty disappointed as I payed carjet for both cars not anyone else and the lack of interest or at list the willingness to help were disappointing and frustrating!!

We arrived on a Saturday evening at around 10 PM. The airport transfer went smoothly, and the shuttle buses and cars were very clean.
However, we had booked the car with an expected total budget of €247, but the company forced us to pay a total of €366.54! Otherwise, we would not have been able to get the car. As you can imagine, it was already late at night, and we had no other option available.
We therefore felt completely forced to pay the extra amount in order to get our vehicle and continue our stay. This unexpected additional cost was very disappointing and significantly higher than the price we had originally booked for.

Used Car Jet a few times now
Used car jet a few times now to book cars and a van with Enterprise as the website works better and the prices are a little bit lower. It’s all quite straightforward really and with the added options to include excess insurance cover at a lower price it makes the process of hiring a vehicle easy.

Do not book with them
Booked a car and my credit card was charged. Emailed multiple times to get confirmation and cancel booking. Website claims Free cancellation but you can’t cancel without a confirmed booking. Awful service. Would never use. Will have to dispute charge with my bank as they are not replying to my multiple emails
