AVOID! My partner ordered me a ring, it took about 2 weeks to arrive but the quality is shocking. I emailed the day after it arrived to arrange a return but they’re trying to tell me they don’t accept returns as the ring is personalised, which it is not! And it states on their website that they accept returns within 30 days! Complete scammers! I will continue to email them until they arrange a return!! I do not want the ring!!

Terrible company!!
I worked for them for a brief time and since leaving I’ve had nothing but issues regarding money owed! There is no payroll number which I find bizarre in itself but the response to emails is also appalling not to mention the RUDE staff when you do finally get a response! When I finally received a back payment they underpaid me!! I’d definitely think twice before apply for a job within Brook Street, completely incompetent.

The quality of the hair is appalling and customer service fail to provide an adequate resolution. The hair matts instantly and constantly falls out, complete waste of money.

I processed a return for an exchange which I paid for and haven’t received a returns label!! I’ve messaged, emailed and reached out on social media to NO avail. The customer service is abysmal, the worst I’ve ever experienced. I will continue to write bad reviews and comment on social media platforms until this is rectified!!!!

Definitely should have read the reviews before ordering from here! Delivery is an absolute shambles and for the cost of £48 I would have definitely expected ALOT more!!! I ordered 4 days ago and still haven’t received my items!! For the sake of savings a few ££ it is absolutely not worth the headache and well worth shopping with a reputable company! Would not recommend to anyone unfortunately!!!
