The birthstone ring is lovely. Nice size, pretty stone and comfortable on my finger. I’ve already had two people ask where it’s from.

I had a question about personalising my order before buying and customer service got back to me quickly. They explained everything clearly and made the process easy. The necklace itself turned out lovely and the initials were exactly as requested. I would order another personalised piece from them.

Cute jewellery and a really simple ordering process. I liked that I could personalise the piece without having to go through loads of extra steps.

I wanted something small that reminded me of my mum so I chose a necklace with her initial. It’s simple enough to wear every day and that’s what I like most about it. The chain sits nicely and doesn’t feel heavy. The little box it came in was also really pretty. This ended up meaning much more to me than I expected when I placed the order.

The initial necklace is delicate without feeling flimsy. I’ve worn mine quite a few times already including in the shower and it still looks the same. Very happy with the quality for what I paid.

There are loads of lovely designs on the site and I liked being able to find something a bit more personal than the jewellery I normally see in shops. Mine came neatly packaged. I’m giving four stars only because dispatch seemed to take a little while.

Ordered two pieces because of the second item offer and I’m glad I did. One was for me and the other was meant to be a gift but I nearly kept both. They’re delicate, feminine and very easy to wear.

Such a pretty jewellery collection. I spent far too long deciding what to get because there were so many pieces I liked. My ring arrived looking just like the photos and feels really well made.

I ordered a personalised necklace with my daughters’ initials and it came out really sweet. The letters are small and neat which is exactly what I wanted. It arrived in a lovely little package too.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The items I ordered have never arrived and the company state it's not their fault and so they arent liable for issuing a refund. At every point, despite them promising to get in contact with me, this has not happened and I have had to chase them up for answers. Once they have your money they dont care if there is any problems. Please avoid them so you dont encounter this too!

The website was easy to move around and there’s a good mix of simple pieces and personalised ones. My order was packed beautifully and arrived safely. Communication after ordering was good too. I would have liked slightly faster shipping but everything else went well.

Bought a bracelet for my sister’s birthday and she loved it. The packaging made it feel much more special than a normal online order. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but it still arrived before her birthday.

The earrings are cute and look good on but delivery was a bit slower than I hoped. They arrived safely though and were packaged well.

I’ve got sensitive skin so I’m normally careful with jewellery I buy online. I’ve worn these earrings for full days without any irritation which has been a big plus for me. They’re light, comfortable and easy to match with most of my clothes.

Do not purchase, the gold is very yellow and fake looking and the letters are not stamped or engraved on the product they are printed on. Nothing like the photos advertised.
Had I have known this was from china I would not have purchased it.

I bought the adjustable initial ring. The ring does not look like the picture used on website. It is very thin and flimsy, very yellow in colour and all round cheap looking, the engraved initials are barely visible. The company should be ashamed charging anything over £10 for this ring. Will not buy from them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered the ring and paid extra for a gift box. They don't dispatch when they advertise they will. Their tracking never updates and when it does apparently reach the UK with Evri - the tracking status stays stuck on we've got it for 4 days - the company won't refund me, their communication isn't copy and paste pretext - no help; my bank won't help for 30 days! I've emailed Evri but as we know they're just as useless!

Really am a big fan of their new summer collection, full of pieces I cant wait to order hahah

The birthstone ring that came in the mail yesterday is so charming. Its shines so nicely in the sun, and I am really happy with it💗

The two initial ring that they have on sale is amazing!!!! Shipping took about 9 days though.....
