I bought a personalised bracelet to mark the birth of my niece. It’s simple, sweet and has that little personal detail that makes it feel more special than a normal bracelet.

AVOID! My partner ordered me a ring, it took about 2 weeks to arrive but the quality is shocking. I emailed the day after it arrived to arrange a return but they’re trying to tell me they don’t accept returns as the ring is personalised, which it is not! And it states on their website that they accept returns within 30 days! Complete scammers! I will continue to email them until they arrange a return!! I do not want the ring!!

Do not order from here!!!
This is the first time I've made a negative comment about a company.
The rings do not fit despite being advertised as one size fits all and they are a refusing a refund.
Waste of money and a SCAM!

Terrible Experience – Misleading Delivery Times and Refused Cancellation

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered an item as a gift, and despite the website clearly stating that orders are dispatched within 48 hours, it took almost two weeks for the company to confirm dispatch.

Due to the delay, I requested cancellation and a full refund while the order was still being processed. Rather than cancelling it, they went ahead and shipped it anyway. I’ve since received several generic apology emails but no actual resolution or confirmation of a refund.

I was also extremely disappointed to discover that the items appear to be dropshipped from China, something I wasn’t aware of when ordering.

Misleading dispatch times, terrible customer service and a complete disregard for cancellation requests. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Lilli Paris.

Product still hasn't arrived after nearly 10 days and only arrived into the U.K 2 days ago from what appears to be China. Fancy name but a budget website with pages that don't work and undeliverable emails. I eventually got through and received the standard "high number of orders" excuse. I dread to think how it will look if it does arrive. Wish I hadn't bothered.

Seen this company advertised on Instagram and thought they look like a cute present for my partner. I saw they have advertised on their webite that they have 5* on Trustpilot. This normally gives me great confidence, but after ordering i thought i would have a look at the real trustpilot page for this business. 1.8* with ZERO 5* reviews.

I tried cancelling the order, said they cant because its a custom order, i said i dont want it and explained its because they have a fake advertisement on their site, they dont want to listen, I now have to wait for a ring i do not want, just so i can send it back and wait YET AGAIN for a refund.

Absolutely despicable behaviour, scamming people our of their hard earned money. Bunch of utter SCAMMERS.

Although some communication errors, this company did everything they could to resolve the issues and persevered when others would have given up. They offered to replace a ring that had tarnished quite quickly with a necklace instead. I did then receive a ring in error and then a bracelet. However, they said to keep them and they would send the necklace which I did receive. Thank you Lilli Paris for what o think was excellent customer service.

Cheap looking rings, not worth the money. So disappointed

Do not order from here! They state you can have a refund but now aren’t allowing me to do so!! Jewellery looks nothing like the website!

First off, I want to add I bought a ring which wasn’t cheap , it took over two weeks to get to Me I sent emails asking about my item because on the website it says orders take two days to be sent the ring has arrived and it feels insanely cheap and like plastic I would not recommend ,

Please don’t be a sucker like I was. This company is a total scam. I bought a ring and couldn’t be more disappointed. It arrived, after a very long wait, and looks like a cheap piece of plastic. Not at all like the images they post. Lightly etched initials into cheap looking tin. Please, DO NOT BUY!

Awful item was horrible negotiated a 50% refund as they wouldn’t take it back over a month and still waiting for the refund. Do not purchase from them.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The items I ordered have never arrived and the company state it's not their fault and so they arent liable for issuing a refund. At every point, despite them promising to get in contact with me, this has not happened and I have had to chase them up for answers. Once they have your money they dont care if there is any problems. Please avoid them so you dont encounter this too!

Do not purchase, the gold is very yellow and fake looking and the letters are not stamped or engraved on the product they are printed on. Nothing like the photos advertised.
Had I have known this was from china I would not have purchased it.
The email address also given to contact the company doesn’t exist

I bought the adjustable initial ring. The ring does not look like the picture used on website. It is very thin and flimsy, very yellow in colour and all round cheap looking, the engraved initials are barely visible. The company should be ashamed charging anything over £10 for this ring. Will not buy from them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered the ring and paid extra for a gift box. They don't dispatch when they advertise they will. Their tracking never updates and when it does apparently reach the UK with Evri - the tracking status stays stuck on we've got it for 4 days - the company won't refund me, their communication isn't copy and paste pretext - no help; my bank won't help for 30 days! I've emailed Evri but as we know they're just as useless!

I was really disappointed with two rings I bought. They look nothing like the pictures on the website. The quality is very poor and they look cheap. The rose colour is completely different from what was advertised and doesn’t have the same appearance at all. I was expecting something much nicer based on the photos, but what I received was very disappointing. I’m not happy with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend these

Scam website with fake reviews on here, do not buy they don't give you your money back and don't ship anything

Seems like a sketchy outfit using a fancy name to huck cheap plated items. If they even send them. Made an oder on the 6th July, it's now the 14th and no order update and no item received. Emailed them to cancel and refund my order and they refused to process it. So it feels safe to assume this is a scam company using Instagram advertising.
