We also advise customers of this on our website through the quote journey.
If you have not received your documents then please check your junk / spam folder as depending on your settings can end up there.

Booking was excellent- the disappointment is that inspite of TV adverts you have to pay for the flight lounge experience- so we didn’t upgrade £75 for 2 hours is above what I deem as reasonable

At present we do not have TV advertisements, and I'm afraid you're referring to another travel company who offers Flight Lounge Experience such as On The Beach.
