Eurosender Greece

Eurosender Greece is charging me AUTOMATICALLY 97€ as surcharges for a package that has been delivered around a month ago. They claim Fedex has charged them because our package’s dimensions are exceeding the ones we paid for 3cm. The package was measured before sending it down to the last cm. Original price ~60€.

Do not trust them.

Please note that the courier issued an additional charge because the recorded weight exceeded the one provided during booking. These surcharges are applied directly by the courier, and we are required to pass them on.

That said, if you believe this charge is incorrect, you're welcome to dispute it. Kindly send us any photographic proof showing the actual dimensions and weight of the package, and we’ll be happy to open a dispute with the courier on your behalf.

POOR EXPERIENCE

Canceled my reservation since last Saturday by phone and 2 days before the trip I still get an email to check-in. Have called their Greek branch 4 times already asking for a confirmation email and always assured me they will send it. This is terrible customer service with no communication amongst branches. I won't be surprised of no refund.
