Really nice trousers/material.
Very quick to despatch from warehouse, which is usually not a problem but as I had tried to cancel quickly after ordering (as I reordered with a discout) & also phoning early next morning to stop first order, I was unsuccessful & I had to pay to return item back. Being able to cancel order on-line (within say, 1 hour of ordering), would have been very helpful. Having said all of the above, I'm very pleased with trousers that I reordered/kept.

Good choice of cards for our Granddaughters at Xmas. Tired of 'plodding' round different shops looking for this type of card. Will use Moonpig in future at Xmas for them.

Nice indoor plant pot.
This was an online order only! Order went well but because shop didn't have plant pot I'd then liked to have had it delivered to store. This is because of postage & perhaps having to return (to shop) but then losing postage paid.
