DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY!

We hired a car at a good reasonable rate. 1 month after the trip to Portugal the company took £110.76 from our credit card with no explanation. We have of course filed this as fraudulent. Do not use this car rental company as they seem to have no ethics!

Absolute scammers.
Sent a perfectly good phone in Apple 12pro they quoted me £340 and once the phone arrived offered me £85 and then had the cheek to charge me £10 to send the phone back or add onto the final price. Do not use these guys!!!

Ordered 3 pairs in total of shoes as the sizes were wrong (my fault), I paid for all three and sent two pairs back in December.
Still had no refund or even an email to acknowledge the refund. Have sent tw messages with full details, screen shots of orders and delivery return confirmation from them saying goods had been received. Still no reply and no refund a month later.
Terrible customer services!!

25/1 Update: received an email today saying both pairs of shoes had not been returned to them. Absolutely blatant lie as I have two emails confirming they had received goods returned. This company are full of it - avoid avoid avoid!
