I made contact with Bennett’s following a renewal quote. To be honest it was more than double what I had paid previously. Following the conversation I managed to reduce the cost with only minor increased cost for the policy. Although the standard excesses had increased significantly.

I had other quotes using comparison website significantly cheaper but decided to remain with Bennetts for simplicity and customer service.

It would be helpful if insurance brokers provide two renewal quotes. The first maintaining the current level of cover, and a second quote for the cheapest cover to avoid the need for a conversation if renewing.

Bennetts offered a great price when renewing my policy. I had to change payment details, which required talking to a representative over the phone. The call was handled without too much delay and sorted efficiently.

Couldn’t fault our holiday experience. Really valued the resort check-in, which was the icing on the cake. Although everything was great we were also confident that if we needed assistance it was readily available. All in all a wonderful holiday.

My new memory upgrade was delivered on time without any delays. Full instructions for installation were included together with links to installation guides on YouTube.

Overall a positive experience. Understood the item ordered was on back order. As soon as the item became in stock it was shipped and I was informed. The item was of great quality and easily fitted.

I visited Vision Express after breaking the arm off my glasses after only 12 months. I expected a repair but was told that the glasses had been discontinued after a recall. The only option offered was to buy a new pair. However on returning home I was able to repair myself to a standard which was such that you were unable to tell a repair had been done. So overall it was an expensive day.
