I wish I had checked the Rating and Reviews before Renting from Diamondlease.
Some staff are quite curt; booking invoice was not clear - it was not mentioned it was monthly but a total for the entire duration of 2 months and then I got a bill after one month. The car itself was good; but they are not transparent or honest in their dealings.

good customer service. And happy to see more 500g (1/2 kg) packs of some items that previously were sold in large quantities

Quick delivery, products are looking good I have not tasted them yet, customer service was quick to respond to queries. I am a returning customer

Box was damaged despite that it had "Fragile" labeled tape

They had a good variety of vitakraft which is hard to find in UK

I am a customer since 2019, and quite a regular customer. Good variety and quality. Would like to see smaller packages in many of the products, especially like herbs and spices. They have learnt and improved a lot since 4 years ago, and customer service is quite prompt and good too.

They always mess up - its rare they follow instructions. I never choose them, this time I forgot to select and the company chose them. Original slot 5-7, I requested to deliver to a neighbor. I came home and checked that at 8:03 there was an email saying new slot 7-9. I checked at 9:28 No delivery was made, as time had passed I thought it would come tomorrow. Luckily I checked my email at 10:20 and saw there was an email at 9:53pm saying it was delivered. Showing the box was left outside the door. Clear instructions were given not to leave around property and to knock.
Summary: It was sent very late at night an hour past the slot, the person did not knock so I did not know of the delivery, it was left unattended on the property which was not to be done. Its been raining so the box got wet, and it was also ripped.

Quick and Good service, but too many options have been out of stock for very long hence did not give a 5. Else, I am a returning customer and like your service. I even called about a lot of the products being out of atock but did not get a very satisfactory response.

Worst Airline customer service - so much background noise, staff was rude, no credit vouchers issued even if trip is canceled months in advance.

Within time, very friendly person

Quick and safe, fully tracked delivery, arrived before expected date. Beautifully packaged, friend loved the gift. Good quality product

I got the hijab in time, and along with it I got a card as it took a couple days, due to the owner being unwell. This was a nice gesture, though i did get it in a few days, it shows the owner is dedicated to ensuring items are dispatched on time. The hijab itself is nice and light and will be great for activities in summer. I was recommended this by some sisters who are into hiking etc. and I have recommended it to others.

Alhamdulillah on time this time not a day or 2 late. And Harrison is a very good delivery person follows instructions well and always smiling

Its been over 10 days and the status of my parcel coming from NL is still showing In Transit not in UK. This is not correct as I checked with PostNL. Also, when I call different Agents tell you different reasons, last said on 1st March we will declare it lost.
Another package that I sent to US on Jan 23 is still sitting in Cardiff MC. I have been following up and they keep saying backlog and maybe many parcels before yours, wait 10 days (which is long gone). One male agent even hung up on me.

In 2021 they were fine now they are the worst delivery company. And its the Admin and Management that is not only terrible at their work they do not care at all. I get a perishable item every 2 weeks and at least 40% of the time they have messed up this year. An overnight delivery is delivered after 3 days. And this is not now due to the strike where its coming after 4 days. And I will have to dump it as twice before I have had to do the same. I have spoken to the sender to change the courier at least for me. I would rather pay a bit more to ship and be at peace. They have 0 contingency planning, even my fish order was delayed by 3 days. Though it was marked perishable.
