Darlings Of Chelsea Ash Vale Showroom was well laid out and allowed a relaxed viewing and sampling of all sofas. Staff were available and attentive when needed with a simple purchasing experience. Information relating to the purchase was clear and thorough with the delivery as ordered and within the expected date. Damaged sofa feet were replaced within days with no fuss. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful.

Empire Delivery communicated well, with efficient and friendly service throughout. They took all the packaging away with them too !

On the build up to Christmas there is a lot to do, I forgot to select deliver to store and was charged postage but when I contacted Next they had no problem with rectifying the issue which I was very grateful for.

I ordered these pram parts for my daughter which was a most pleasant experience. Firstly the store has dedicated car parking. On entering the store I was greeted with an attractive display. The very well presented young lady who served me was so very helpful and polite. The shop looked very enticing although on that day I unfortunately did not have time to look around. I will be back! The parts arrived promptly. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Parcel arrived in time in good condition. The advisory said the parcel would be photographed at the feet of the recipient or given to a neighbour but it was just left outside my front door! I was out at the time :/ Fortunately, as Yodel sent me a text to say it had been delivered I was able to contact my lovely neighbours to ask if they could take it in for me which luckily they did !

I purchased some Wall Biter Picture Hooks from Wallwizard which arrived promptly after an effortless online order and no fuss delivery. Thank you very much. Haven't actually used one yet but hope they are as good as they should be !

I have had my Koi Boots for about a year now and I get lots of compliments when I wear them. They are extremely comfortable and still look like brand new. They are such good value for money. Just can't fault them really !
