HALF THE ORDER HASNT TURNED UP, I SENT AN EMAIL ASKING INITIALLY ABOUT MY ORDERS WHEREABOUTS AND RECEIVED NO REPLY, IVE SINCE SENT A SECOND EMAIL ASKING WHERE THE REST OF MY ORDER IS AND YET AGAIN I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY
VERY SLOW DELIVERY AND ZERO RESPONSE TO ISSUES, VERY POOR

So good looking site, good list of products.
I ordered Corefix Air ( blue packet) fixings which did not arrive after 4 days. Nevertheless I did not think this a concern with the postal strikes but I then realised I hadn’t received a confirmation email for my order.
Tried to use online chat ( during working hours) no response…no reply on email and no reply on the website phone number.
I lodged a PayPal dispute, thought to give the phone number another try and it was answered and to be honest the guy was very apologetic and I received my order this morning..

Unfortunately these are not quite what I ordered as these are the standard red Corefix and not the ‘air’ type ..
I will use these , can’t really be bothered returning and won’t be using this store again, a shame but plenty of other stores ….

Was recently after some specific wall fixings which are slightly niche so not stocked everywhere and in cases that do, they are often very expensive. Wall wizard was competitively priced, was easy to order and quickly arrived. Also noticed many other niche products I had previously considered on the site, so a great one-stop place for all things wall hanging, and the guides look really handy for those unsure on which fixing to use.

The first order didnt arrive.After contracting WallWizard a replacement order was sent and arrived the next dy.Can not fault the product.

Fast delivery, good price, and on an item that isn't very widely stocked.

Ordered some hollow wall fixings in the morning, advised that delivery would be 3-4 days. Items turned up next day via first class post, great service will definitely be using again.
