Delivery was arranged quickly and I was informed both by email, and on the day by phone call when delivery was imminent.The courier brought it directly into the room. He was careful, friendly and professional. The chest of drawers were well packaged and in excellent condition. This is the first time I’ve purchased a real wood piece of furniture and it’s gorgeous.

I really felt like Child’s Own wanted to work with me to create the best possible plush. I was consulted on fabric colours, and the preferred method to achieve facial features. They listened to my suggested tweaks even on the finished plush, and Vikram especially helped to make it a truly bespoke experience. It’s best to treat production timeline with some flexibility. I think they must be very busy, and I’m not surprised. I have 6 plushies from various companies, but this one is the best. Fantastic likeness, superior materials and blissful to hug.

The instructions are illogical and largely indecipherable; parts are built in units and are so unsupported that some snapped off. The desk needs a bigger gap between units as I keep knocking my knees on the corners. The slide out shelf for the keyboard leaves you too far away from the desk when you use it. The shelves for the monitor and speakers are too high for their intended use, and the door under the drawer has a shoddy fixtures.
Arrived within 48 hours.

I have hired skips in the past but, owing to long term health issues, it’s no longer an option for me. My experience with Clearance Specialist was an absolute pleasure. From the first phone call, to the visit for the quote and the actual clearance, the team were friendly, professional and hard workers, and I am very happy I found them.
