Buy with confidence from this gentleman , fantastic communication nothing was to much trouble he answered all my questions honestly. Never pushing for a sale unlike some sellers.its in as new condition with all paper work included. Posted the very next day (great packaging) and I received it the day after- my birthday!! I love my Tag Heuer watch 🩷.

The hotel and hotel staff and location were perfect
The only downside was the coach driver who wasn’t very helpful at all,myself and other ‘less able ‘people had to ask him every time if he would lower the coach ,as the steps was to high. His driving was erratic ,going to fast ,taking wrong turns several times. There was no conversation or ‘banter’ with him at all. Despite driving in both Belgium and Germany he admitted to not knowing or understanding the road signs which ended up more than once taking wrong roads and we missed out on a visit to Koblenz which was scheduled in our itinerary

Thank you for the great 5 star review but I am so sorry to read about your driver - that is not what we would expect. I have copied your comments and sent them to the Transport Manager to speak with the coach operator. I am sorry but hope that you still managed to have a great time.

i ordered a 'cream tea' for my mother's birthday to be delivered on her birthday but due to a 'mix up' in the on line ordering app the delivery date wasnt seen so it was delivered the next working day...6 days before her birthday.After many messages Karen refunded me half the cost ...Thank you lovely lady x' . I would recommend this fantastic family business to anyone and i will use again but i would advise to give them a call or maybe a Face book message if you want a specific delivery date ( just to check its received) . Again many thanks Karen x

AVOID!! shocking service.emailed to say 'out for delivery' at 08.11am. after many emails(only way to contact them) they are delivered at 7.03pm!! past the 6pm deadline(except bust times.valantines.mothers day) what took so long?where do they deliver from? could have drove to lands end in that time! not good for an old person opening the door in the dark to a stranger. Oh and the flowers you could get better in Asda AND CHEAPER. Will not use or recommend this awful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ( and i bet this review isnt published) profile pic is the flowers.
