Finished work to see an ordered delivered email. How ever the parcel wasn’t on my doorstep. Therefore stolen before I got home.
Tried to get a replacement or refund as this was a Christmas present. As of today I still am battling to get this matter settled. Neither refund or refund sent.
PayPal case has been opened. As Justmylook class leaving parcels on the step not secure as being delivered.

Avoid this company at all cost.

Placed a order on the 17th Aug for Mounjaro, uploaded all info requested. Webpage said up to four days for a review of documents. After days went by I found reviews of YM and then knew I was in for a long wait. Sent messages on Facebook that promised to mark my order urgent. No answer to emails.
Still no movement, then today 28th receive a email asking for more money to supply what I’ve already paid for. GREED !!!

Company takes orders for products it can’t supply and fobs you off with we will mark as urgent. Rather than stop orders like other companies have done and been honest or honoured the prices before the close raises on the 1st Sept.

I luckily placed a order with another company who delivered within four days.

Shop about for your Mounjaro there a first class companies to use, cheaper and a lot less stressful.

I know I’m not alone in this as I’m in a WhatsApp group that dozens of people have been strung along as well.

This is my second order for my weight loss pen from Swift dr. I was having an issue where the web page wouldn’t add the pen to my basket. Sent a WhatsApp message and answered straight away and problem sorted.
Swift Dr have a clear maintenance plans which made my choice to change to them much easier. I have been with my previous supplier since the beginning of my journey but no clear plans for maintenance.
Package delivered tracked Royal Mail, in a box, with plastic parcel inside with gel pack, needles and wipes.

IQ doctor will alway be my 1st place to order my weight loss pen. I’ve ordered a few times and always recieved a discount even though I’m not a new customer. This months discount is fantastic, I emailed to see if I could order in advance and post at a later date.

The transaction was easy, filled in my online consultation for a Dr the review ( your Dr will be notified ), photo uploaded. Less than 2 hrs later it was approved. Arrived the next day in a cooled box. Really easy to use and reorder. Will be back for my next dose. Keep up the brilliant work vetting people for this purchase.
