I was using IQ Docter before and then decided to give another supplier a try, not sure why I did this.
 
On returning to IQ Doctor, I placed an order that needed some checks before it could be sent. I completed everything they asked from me so was waiting for my items to be checked and sent. I always order my items for next day delivery, but for some reason this time I did not tick the correct box on the order. On realising what I had done and in a bit of a panic I called the company and explained that I only had two days of tablets left.
 
Leo took my call and after looking into this as I had purchased the items under the Royal Mail delivery and not next day, totally my fault, my items had not been checked and signed off at this point.

Leo reached out to the team and as they had all the required information for my order this was then signed straight off . Leo then reached out to the dispatch team to see if it would be possible to send my order straight out. Leo explained to me that the team were going to get my order out in the post today.
 
Leo was so helpful, listened to me stressing down the phone, and resolved my issue. The servicd he gave to me was fantastic and like I said before not sure why I used a different company for my last order as I have always been happy with IQ Doctor, but I will certainly be returning to use them going forward.
