We built a gazebo with a twin wall roof which was good but then thought it would be better to have it covered in so we could use it more thru the year.

Brilliant system for obtaining a quote and easy to amend design with an immediate quote after every change or amendment.
Goods ordered and arrived as promised.
Fitting was easy and straightforward,and extremely pleased with the result.

Store situated adjacent to large supermarket so free parking never an issue,shop and staff very welcoming and professional.
All appointments were bang on time even though the store was very busy.
All the deals were explained and best option for me was picked.
Collected glasses 2 weeks later,again everything ran smoothly.
If I had a criticism it would be you never seem to see the same staff twice

We've always used tui for our holidays but after paying our last installment we then received an email cancelling our holiday within the hour of this final payment!
Hence the search for a replacement holiday to phuket.tried the Internet but prefer booking in person so decided to pop into Norwich to sort out .went into a couple of shops before Hays where we then met Hannah.She went far beyond expected to find us a good deal with the flights we really wanted which resulted in us booking and paying for it all.Time very well spent.Well recommended.

Just good friendly straightforward service,so nice to still be able to talk to someone when spending a reasonably large amount of money....makes it more reassuring.

Needed some new underwear,saw the odd balls ad,had a look and found their sale page....made an order up which included a free bundle of ladies underwear....ideal for the girlfriends birthday lol.

Ordered a g2 home gym online after looking at one in their Norwich store,kept informed of delivery and installation date extremely well by email.
Regular reminders of installation and protocol, reminded again day before delivery and on the morning...fitters arrived in time slot I was advised and did a cracking job.installed where I requested,all packaging taken away etc.
Extremely professional service by all plus a follow up email to check all ok .
Would thoroughly recommend.

Popped into Norwich showroom to look at multi gym again, service was ok but wasn't really shown how machine works so didn't order until I'd done my own research and looked at some customer reviews and then ordered online.
Replies to website order were quick, installation form promptly sent out and I returned it yesterday...now just waiting for installation date

Been looking for a few weeks in different shops but ended up back in dfs due to range and good Internet site to check dimensions etc.
Rainy Saturday so went back to local kings lynn store, met matt again who was very helpful on our first visit. Ordered two power plus recliners.... All very easy and well explained, all over a cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere.
Let's hope the sofas are as good.
