My package was open when delivered. One pair of glasses and the neck strap thing is bought were both missing and presumably been stolen.

Returning methods
The glasses are nice but I didn't like the method they follow for changing or returning a product. They don't provide you with return labels in case you want to change them and if you are in another country and within the EU your shipping costs are 2 and 3 times the value of a piece. So even if you don't like the glasses on you, you are forced to keep them!That’s what I did.
