Their renewal costs are low with a very minimal renewal increase. Every year at renewal time I check a couple of random comparison sites to make sure I’m still getting a good deal and so far I am. However as we know the true test of an insurer is having to use the company in connection with any claim and how helpful, supportive and fair they are. Hopefully I won’t need to test those aspects.

Andy Manning has just been to our place to add an extra Valve to our system, that the Aira engineers noted may improve our system performance even more. Even though we didn’t raise an issue and we were happy with how our system was working, they still asked Andy to attend and make a few changes. Andy has visited 2-3 times since install, to upgrade or revise our system. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional and passes over the information in an easy understandable way. He is very polite and a tidy quick worker. He is a great ambassador for the company and doesn’t give any waffle or Bu****it.
Luckily, we have found all the Aira employees from the original survey, through installation to now either in person or on the phone a pleasure to deal with. Although we haven’t been through our first winter yet, so far for our first 6 months of use, our heat pump and system has quietly been providing more than enough hot water and heating and our electricity consumption hasn’t really suffered too badly. So far we are really impressed. Hopefully after our first year of use we will be able to provide some encouraging figures and costs to compare with our old oil boiler.

Wish I could go for 4.5 stars as only slight gremlin was I had to leave a couple of messages with others to get a call back from the agent dealing with my enquiry, other than that Excellent. To give them some credit it was a very busy period just after Christmas, when loads of people are booking.

Could have been a little more explanation about what it can and can't do.
