I have had no notification whatsoever…
I have had no notification whatsoever notifying me whether my booking has or has not been successful.
The communication channel to Virgin Experience is in my opinion unacceptable.
It would be great to be able to speak with someone rather than be email etc.
My Virgin Experience was a gift from my family but I can assure you that my experience has been nothing but problems.
Whatever happened to Telephone Communication where you can explain your concerns and ask pertinent questions.
If and when I am able to complete my Virgin Experience I am positive it will be my first and last time.
