I ordered the Cedar large crossbody bag and it arrived very quickly, not as big as I thought and the strap is quite thick, but I'm ok with that. Its a lovely soft leather, and the only reason for the 4* is the smell, its like being in the rhino house at the zoo, no one else has commented on this which I find concerning. I am hopeful it will dissipate after being out of the packaging. Like the addition of the dust bag though.

I ordered 2 crumple glasses beginning Dec for my son for Christmas, they finally arrived on 23rd Dec from Hong Kong??? Alarm bells rang, one of them was broken, I was gutted, they were only bubble wrapped but the website says ALL are boxed. Why bubble wrapped if being sent from abroad? I emailed and got no response so I bombarded them with emails every day. Eventually got a reply in which they said the couriers are responsible for how they deliver, true but they chose the courier not me! They said they would replace the glass. My son when using the surviving glass poured his whisky into the glass which then broke. I put a stop on my Klarna payment. The replacement arrived on 16th January and they had sent 2, both intact. My son said they are nice to drink from, but having looked at the reviews on here it’s unlikely I will order anything else from them. Luckily I didn’t have any real problems with receiving replies so my advice is bombard them, and use a pay later company so you can ask them to refund you.

Stig has been using Marro for a while now and I’ve noticed his coat has stopped matting and is so soft, he is 15 and has actually started asking for his meals again, he has a reflux problem and was always a bit sickly but that has practically stopped. I actually think he likes his food warm too!! Customer service are very helpful too. Glad I found them and so is Stiggy.

I have been using the clothes doctor items for a while and love the smell of the washing and soft rinse bundle, highly recommend them. However the courier delivered damaged goods and the clothes doctor customer service sent out a replacement, it never arrived so they sent some more with a different courier which arrived perfect. Jess in customer service was amazing. Lovely products and even lovelier customer service.

Bought a couple of products from Skin Hut and I’m liking them, they arrived pretty quickly and well packaged. I particularly like the Hyaluronic acid serum. My skin is loving it too.

We’ve had a bad experience with moths and after our carpets were replaced and exterminator did his job, I became very anxious. This year the moths reappeared, but ha! I was ready for them, two traps, smelly bags in the wardrobe and drawer liners plus detergent and mist. All from the Clothes Doctor. I’ve just replaced the first inner of the trap, it had 10+ moths. I see them around the house and just kill them, my traps take care of the rest. Wouldn’t be without the Clothed Doctor now.

I’ve purchased from this company over many years. If it’s a delivery of big items ie furniture the delivery guys are always so helpful. Smaller items arrive in good time and well packaged. The website is easy to navigate and I nearly always find what I’m looking for. John Lewis live up to their reputation.

My grandson absolutely loved his book, the pictures were scarily accurate!!! So like him, my daughter was amazed.

I love these cards, they could have been made for my best friend and me, they all speak volumes about our relationship. I asked Helena if there would be a Christmas card about the older ladies, and she has now produced one. It just made my day.

I purchased a concealer blending brush which was recommended by a dermatologist I follow. Delivery was fairly quick and the brush is just lovely, does exactly what it’s supposed to do and is lovely and soft. Thinking I might replace some of my other brushes soon.

I had a problem with a delivery going to my old address, it took me 4 attempts to get a response from Purdy & Figg, but once I did everything was sorted out by Caterina and a replacement was sent out. She was very prompt in her replies to me and very professional. I’m looking forward to receiving my products, as I do like them a lot and have been using them for quite a while. Thank you Caterina for all the help.

Arrived on time, received updates on delivery. Sadly he left a case of wine on our neighbours boundary wall instead of coming through the gate and leaving on our secluded doorstep. Luckily we live in a very quiet lane, but also shouldn’t he have made sure I was over 18?

I love white stuff dresses, but recently I’ve had to return most things because the sizes can be a bit questionable. Also their midi length comes down to my ankles, I wish they would do a range of lengths, I’m only 5’4” so knee length comes just below my knee. However, returns are very easy and quick. I’ll continue to try and find something, because the dresses and colours are lush.

I’ve been using Klarna for over 2 years and they are easy to use, I find pretty much what I’m looking for and now they are expanding in to other brands. Win-win!

I was sent in the direction of Zopa via Experian as I wanted a small loan. The first thing that happened was they cancelled my application because I had not responded, I had no idea what that meant, so I went back to Experian who told me I had been pre-approved for the loan, so I carried on with the application, sent them some paperwork that they requested, had a chat with someone from the company, and the loan was in my account within 24 hours. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because of the cancellation, apart from that I am happy and found them easy to deal with.

I’d never heard of this company but an influencer I follow recommended the product, so thought I would give them a try. Hopefully this is something I hope will finally fade my age spots.

My order arrived on its due date and I was kept up to date as to where my parcel was. The driver had to check my date of birth and was apologetic as I definitely don’t look under age! I’ve had to do this myself in the past so it was all good. Parcel was in good condition, it was heavy so the driver popped in through the front door for me.
