Placed my order on 18 June - have emailed with no response and rang multiple times. Rang first time and left a voicemail. Rang second time and had an answer but the man I spoke with said he was rushed off his feet and asked if he could ring me the next day. Two days passed and he never rang and now every time I ring it goes unanswered. Really disappointed as made this purchase as a birthday gift for a friend but the birthday came and went and still no sign of the bag. It’s such a frustration when you want to shop and support independent owners but they’re so unreliable. It’s no surprise everybody shops with Amazon and the like. At least you know what you’re going to get and when!

I really appreciated the extra effort so that I could get the precise item I was after.

Rory was really helpful, when I realised that my delivery address, didn't have the name of my cottage, which did arrive, and is beautiful made red tote bag, very well made.

Oh my gosh! I recieved my Rowdy bag yesterday and I am over the moon with it. I've been looking at these bags for such a long time, but I couldn't justify the cost. I've recently been told to be good to myself, sooo, after seeing the amethyst bag, I just had to have it! The quality is excellent, the leather is so soft, but thick enough that it's not going catch on something and tear easily. I can't stop sniffing it at the moment, haha (I love the smell of leather)! Delivery was quick, and I was kept updated through the whole process. Thank you Rowdy Bags! You've made this girl very happy :)

I ordered a bag which arrived promptly.
The quality of the leather was great but it was a slightly darker colour than I wanted. I contacted Rowdy bags via email, and they called me back, so we had a conversation and they explained how to return.
No issue and very supportive.

I love Rowdy bags and have bought 3 now. So well made and ethical too. What’s not to love!?

The product was better than expecting we have 2 couches in burgundy leather that are about 20 years old we thought we need to get them some love so we brought Rowdy bags aniline feed it not only fed the leather and make it feel soft again where it was feeling a little rough but it made the coulour really come out again so really pleased and we still have plenty left to do it again we brought 100 ml

Update 28.4.26 - Have now had a full refund from Rowdy. Faith restored - thanks Rory.
Contacted Rowdy at the beginning of April - the day I received my order- as I wanted to return it for a refund. After a couple of emails I received the response that they were on holiday until 20 April at which point they would be in touch. Despite a couple of reminders from me this week I have still heard nothing.

The quality of the leather & metalwork, the design & the brightly coloured lining!
And of course, the regular progress updates of my order - very reassuring.

Absolutely beautifully made, high quality bag! I got the large tote in Mountain for my 40th and I couldn't be happier with it. The lining is super soft and cottony. Honestly I'm already thinking about getting another size in the future!

I ordered the Cedar large crossbody bag and it arrived very quickly, not as big as I thought and the strap is quite thick, but I'm ok with that. Its a lovely soft leather, and the only reason for the 4* is the smell, its like being in the rhino house at the zoo, no one else has commented on this which I find concerning. I am hopeful it will dissipate after being out of the packaging. Like the addition of the dust bag though.

Lovely website and choices of bags. Beautiful quality and something that will last for years. Easy order, and delivery although a little slow, but they were honest about time to delivery as not made in huge numbers as quality over quantity is to be applauded! Would order (and probably will!) again. Thank you.

My maple Rowdy Tote Bag is the best bag I've ever owned!

The leather is soft as butter, yet so sturdy and well made.

I've used my tote bag in everything from days out in town to long weekends away, hikes and long walks, beach days, and everything in between.

I've had so many comments on my Rowdy Bag from people who love the classic and simple style.

I've received a second Rowdy Bag now, the sling bag in the colour maple and love it so much.

I know these bags will last a lifetime, and I'm totally here for it!
