After having a problem with a tin of paint I contacted customer services. they couldn't have been more helpful. and after sending of some photos and a receipt they offered me a voucher for another tin.

We started painting our garage door with a half tin Hammerite paint that we had to hand, after getting halfway through we ran out ,so, we got another tin the same colour, unfortunately the shade was somewhat lighter.
I contacted customer services who were very prompt with their reply, they asked for information and photos. They replied within a couple of days and resolved the issue for us.
Superb customer service!!!

Wish I'd read these review before buying my carpets from Kingsmead.
We had carpets fitted in July 26,the carpet backing was so stiff that they wouldn't stretch properly, leaving ripples on every carpet in every room, then, not long after, we had fluffy patches appear in places. In December the carpet shop we bought from supplied and refit the whole house again at their expense only for the same problem to occur again. Kingsmead sent an assessor to check the carpet and he's blamed everyone else for the problem. The carpet was kept in a cold room before fitting, we haven't used
a strong enough vacuum, we haven't vacuumed enough and best of all, our floorboards are uneven...even though they are as flat as a pancake...
Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

I couldn't get cover with any other company when i had a yet to be diagnosed condition, but Just travel took all my details and agreed to cover us for a year, at a very reasonable price.
Unfortunately before our holiday my husband had an accident and couldn't fly , Just travel were superb, they told us all the documents we needed to provide, and once this was done, we were reimbursed the cost of the holiday minus the excess within a couple of weeks, no problems whatsoever.

I bought this breakdown cover on the advice of my sister who has used them for the last few years.
She had nothing but good things to say about them. The price and the service have been excellent.
On the occasions she has had to call them out it has been a straightforward and reliable process, getting to her within a reasonable time and taking her to a garage of her choice.

Bought a re conditioned stairlift for my mother in law from Jay-care at a cost of £1000 about 2 years ago, they told us that they would buy it back from us when it was no longer needed, but when asked to come and buy back the stairlift they told us they could take it away for us, but they couldn't buy it back as it was now obsolete.
Please get their promises in writing before agreeing to anything .

Very good company to order from with speedy delivery and an excellent product, the fabric of the covers are nice and thick, with an excellent fit, they do not ride up or move around when getting in and out of the car .

I ordered a piano from Amazon that was shipped out by Rich Tone Music,after a week I still hadn't received it so I got in touch with Amazon, who told me it had got lost in the system. Purchased travel insurance from multitrip for 2017, It was easy to purchase and the level of cover you get for the price is great value. Hopefully we wont need to use it but from my experience so far I would recommend .

These mats fitted the car foot wells perfectly, the quality was excellent and the service was second to none!!!
