I ordered a Yamaha RN 602 Amplifier and unfortunately received a freest box.

I contacted Atlantic Electronic - can't remember the guys name but he was helpful and located the amplifier. The amp was delivered the following week.
Not great but the problem was resolved without further issue.

I would definatly look at Atlantic Electronics again if I was purchasing an item. Prices were very competitive and finance deals were offered.

I have never used this kind of service before but having called in the branch they were helpeful with explaining the process. They booked and held me a unit many week in advance of moving anything into it without charge.

No complains on any level.
