I recently ordered a redirect service, made a spelling mistake that I didn't notice.
Called customer service at 17:00.
Waited a couple of minutes to get through, spoke to a lovely friendly
and helpful lady, issue resolved instantly.
Quite a refreshing experience when calling a customer service dept.
