Positive experience

I recently enquired about purchasing an inflatable (Volante 290), the information provided and customer service was a positive experience, I was then welcomed into the showroom so I could see the boat inflated before I made the purchase, I felt like the lads went above and beyond, thank you so much for your time and patience with me

Absolutely a very pleasant experience…

Absolutely a very pleasant experience from start to finish, many questions asked and excellent answers received, communication is brilliant and response times short, thanks to in my case ,Ollie and Matt.
Superb quality outboards , sibs and after sales care,
I highly recommend Excel-leisure..

Very poor after sales

I purchased a RIB 5years ago over the last couple of seasons it’s developed a slow leak I couldn’t find. As it happens the side protection or rubbing strake has become un bonded air is escapeing but impossible to find. I contacted Excel leisure and got an immediate response. They asked for photos so I sent them. Now we have radio silence despite numerous follow up emails they do not respond. If you were thinking buying an excel inflatable from this company. Don’t
