The heatpump is working great. What I dont like is the room sensor rmu-s40. The radio signal is VERY poor. I can place the room sensor right next to the heatpump and only have 1 out of 4 stipes of signal strength. Every time there is a software update for the room sensor it takes me 3 to 4 days to get it to work again.

Produkten är mycket bra, bättre en förväntad. Det hade varit 5 stjärnor om de hade bytt bios batteri. Annars klockrent produkt till en bra peng.

Slow and could not deliver. took 4 days after placing order to tell me that they had sent my order. nothing happened after almost 2 weeks in total they could not find my parcel, blaming it on DHL. I did get a full refund, but the hassel of it all. I will not use them again.

I am very sorry that your order incurred an extra one day delay, we did send out an email to all customers informing of the delay.
I can see DHL was contacted on 23/10/2019, the same day as you got in touch with us and a search was carried out by DHL for your parcel. The search was concluded on 25/10/2019 where DHL informed us your parcel was unfortunately lost in transit. We do have to allow time for the courier to open an investigation. I can see this issue has now been resolved and a full refund was issued back to you.
I apologise greatly for any inconvenience caused.
