Falsified delivery attempt, holding my urgent package hostage, and hung up on by support
I took a full day off work to receive an urgent package, only for your driver to falsify the tracking log and claim I was "unavailable" without ever calling or ringing the bell.
When I contacted customer service, the agent claimed you cannot deliver a business shipment to a residential address and said they would add a note so the driver will "hopefully" deliver it next time. Leaving an urgent shipment up to "hope" is absurd. When I simply asked if I could come pick up the package at a depot myself to solve the issue, the agent abruptly disconnected the chat in my face.
You have cost me a day's work, lied about a delivery attempt, and hung up on me for trying to do your driver's job myself. I am keeping this 1-star review up until a supervisor contacts me directly to arrange immediate depot pickup or guaranteed delivery today.
