Lakeland have some very consistent stock items and they don't keep discontinuing products on some accountant's whim. The only reason I don't make it 5 stars is the prices are a little on the painful side for certain products. But the service is good, quick and reliable - that's worth a lot.
Well some of the fault could be my own. But I imagined I'd ordered a Tefal frying pan but what came was a Salter make. I didn't mind much as the diameter and the strength of the non-stick coating was a bonus. However the downside that loses it 2 stars for me is that of the four hob positions on my NEFF induction hob the frying pn only works on the smallest ring which is too small for that size pan (22cm) The reason is when you look underneath the pan base is not solid cast iron it's aluminium with hindreds of iron dots let into the metal which as far as I can tell is simply a cheat. So I am at least able to use it but it's not very convenient having to use the smallest hob at the back as the only one that registers that it will heat it. Anyhow delivery was prompt so I have no complaints there. My main gripe is the brand and the cheat design.

my order arrived in very quick time and was perfectly packed . I'm well pleased with the product (Smoke Alarms) and the value for money. So this really is a 5 star review for those reasons alone.
My order was promptly processed and delivered quickly - the product is so good I always buy it from Lakeland. Both the kitchen cling-film and the Hob cleaning spray all excellent stuff. Stock is consistent and I've not yet met an out-of-stock situation on anything I buy from Lakeland. It has to be 5 stars. It's by no means cheap but it's quality stuff so I'm not complaining.
The Chair arrived in far quicker time than expected so manufacture was quite efficient. Two guys delivered and set up the chair for me. They went the extra mile and helped dismantle our now redundant previous chair so we were very pleased with their service and helpfulness. The chair is supremely comfortable. It suits my disability perfectly. Had trouble finding the serial number on the chair but used a number printed on the remote control which worked and so it's registered for the 5 year guarantee. Nothing to complain about there then. Has to be 5 stars.
Lack of sugar or of sugar substitutes gave these puddles a very bitter after taste and I was hoping they'd be a good substitute for the now hard to obtain Dutch Droste Dark Chocolate Pastilles. I didn't realise they were sugar free as it wasn't greatly in evidence on the website where I bought the product. I'm not seeking a refund but felt I should be honest here about how the chocolate has very little appeal.
The Liqueur chocolates are first class proper quality and filled with real booze. I love them. The wooden crate pack is a bit of an extravagance and I wonder how much cheaper the chocs would be in normal cardboard packing. Anyhow I am really enjoying trying the occasional chocolate and can't resist pinching them so looks like I'll have to order some more for Christmas treats!

I am sorry to say I can't be helpful or constructive here. I made one purchase and it arrived promptly. I have no complaints. Emily asked me to review my purchase of Corsadyl Gel but the link didn't take me to that only to a review of the company and I can't give an honest review based on one single purchase.
They answer technical help requests promptly and even are prepared to help users with the free accounts. I moved to Mega from another famous cloud store that was getting very irritating with poor file and folder handling. Mega allows much better editing and arrangement of files within folders. Also allows sharing links with non-members to view photos and download as required. So it seems it's very reliable and I have had few issues at all so I vote it very highly recommended for storing files safely. All nicely secure.

I was amazed when I emailed a question about using the video software MiniTool Movie Maker and I got a reply back here in the UK from their company in USA overnight and a satisfactory answer to my problem and I was only using the free trial version of the software. That was astoundingly good when many companies won't offer support until you buy the upgrade. So I am well pleased with the courtesy, politeness, and helpful approachable company - they are truly a corporate breath of fresh air.
I wanted a box of assorted elastic bands. Everywhere I searched the prices were exhorbitant apart from Viking. I have an account with them and finding what i wanted was so easy on the website. Shipping costs were far cheaper than other dealers. One instance that shall remain nameless wanted £4.99 postage for an item costing £2.75 - something unattractive about that. Viking made the login easy and the payment still recorded as PayPal so all went mega smoothly and I'm only buying something cheap. I call that great and worth 5 stars.

So far I have no complaints, quite the opposite in fact. I purchased a Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7 which arrived in record time a day earlier than estimated. The phone was in immaculate condition indistinguishable from a brand new one apart from there was no documentation no user guide but that didn't matter as I'd prepared for everything to work porting heaps of stuff from my old S5 to this new phone. Battery holds charge well. Phone is a delight to use. No wonder the average review is giving 5* and very few dissatisfied customers. Unlucky I expect. So I can only speak as I find so far and 5 stars it has to be.

The whole time they managed my account their service was genuinely caring - so refreshing when it wasn't gratuitous pretend care that so often bugs modern day commercial communications with customers. Also they took care to give me contact numbers that I could phone or text if I had any issues. No hiding behind unaccountability there. I was very impressed and for the short time I had an annual account the service went without any problems. Timely notifications - couldn't ask for better. Five stars it is.
Very useful company - I think it's based in Southall Middx where all the authentic Indian produce is available and has been for 60+ years. It's a pleasure to do business with them. They have an excellent range where curry related items are concerned. Dispatch was fairly quick considering covid restrictions on staffing. My two main criticisms were they only sold very large tins of the curry powder I wanted and I can't use that quantity before it goes beyond its shelf life. That's a small criticism though. Second thing was the quite ridiculous size of box for just 4 small items. It was big enough to house a microwave! Lots of packing paper inside and an insulated bag containing ice packs because in my order was Panir Cheese that had to be kept refrigerated. Fair enough but my guess is they had run out of appropriate sized boxes for smaller orders so the quickest solution was to send it in a box more appropriate to a large business order. Yards of sellotape had to be peeled off before I could recycle the cardboard so I wish they had used sticky paper tape that can be recycled with the box. So apart from that I was very pleased and have ordered before and will do so again.

Unfortunately I don't happen to regard an online purchase procedure as an "Experience" - it's not that important to me. After all when did any male of my age enjoy shopping for anything? I found the website as normal to use as most others. The process was easy but the package of pens I bought was given a postage cost that was really out of proportion to the price of the goods. The profit on such items should be possible to supply with free postage in my opinion. So I deduct one star for that.
Not a bad experience. More information though about where the item is being shipped from would be useful. It feels a bit scary knowing that it might possibly be held up by the current backlog in the Suez Canal. Also I don't think we should have to register to make a purchase since payment is secure with Credit Cards or PayPal. Otherwise it's OK - I could give a more detailed review if my goods were already with me.
Hard to make a review when the goods haven't been received yet. Anyhow the order process was good and my only reason for losing a star is that I had to register an account even though I'm paying by PayPal. I didn't notice any assessment of how long to expect delivery estimate, but then it's covid time so I won't dock another star for that. All round an easy transaction.
I've made several orders with Buy Wholefoods Online Ltd and so far everything worked out well. Good range of products - items in stock where others run out. Good quality items and very reasonable prices. Goods are processed quickly especially considering the current problems all online retail outlets are suffering with staff problems during these tricky times. I've been delighted to get produce I need and promptly. So they're top of my list.
Modified this review because shortly after leaving it, the company closed down and stopped trading for good. I say that's a shame and best described as not for good but for bad ! They're gone so take no notic of this review as it stood before. Well Red Rickshaw has been pretty good at supplying things I have needed especially after the Covid lock-down ran most suppliers into panic buyers stripping them of stock. Quite why anyone would want to panic buy things like Dhannia Powder and Jeera I really don't know but I got some Gram Flour from Red Rickshaw when everyone else was out of stock. Also got a smaller pack of Dhannia Powder and so they kept me going well during the worst part of the shortages. I keep an eye on stock levels on the website but recently there's a lot of items out of stock. Maybe supplies from the Asian side are a bit tricky just now with the awful problems India is having with Covid and floods etc. Anyway Red Rickshaw is high on my list of first port of call to find my spices etc.
