The guy who came to fit new smart meters was very very good. Pleasant and polite, giving us all the information we needed. We were concerned that the smart meters wouldn't work as they are situated quite far apart. However he fitted a dual meter, I believe that's what he said, so there was no problem and both meters connected. He was here longer than expected I think but did an excellent job. Very satisfied with the good customer service.

The in store experience was excellent. The manager actually dealt with us (we didn't realise he was the manager until we sat at the desk to pay). The other staff we came into contact with were also good. The mattress was delivered the next day but did not arrive as specified so we had to ring customer services. The lady we spoke to found out that the deliveries were running an hour or so late, apologised and the mattress was delivered an hour late. The delivery men were polite and courteous. Overall, pleased with the level of customer services. Happy with the mattress.

Easy to see best deals and get on to the website of the energy company I was interested in switching to. Whole process really easy and simple to understand.

Excellent customer service from the young man who served me in store.

We couldn't get the car started on a supermarket car park and quickly realised there was a battery problem. After navigating the online thing of putting in our location and eventually speaking to someone we were informed that they hoped to get someone to us within about 1-11/2 hours. Fortunately we only had to wait about 15 minutes so we were very pleased with that. Adrian was friendly and soon got us going. Overall impressed with the service, especially as this was the first time we had used the AA since we joined several years ago.

Ordered and picked up on the same day, in fact picked up using click and collect service which was excellent.
My husband fitted it for his sister as she has been unwell and needed something to grab onto whilst getting into the shower.

We went in to buy a table protector and a pvc table cloth. We felt that the ladies on the haberdashery counter were not all that friendly. We felt that when we asked questions we were asking them difficult questions! Not really very customer friendly at all. However, there is one young man on the tills who is always happy and cheerful and ready to interact with his customers.

It was easy to set up a single trip policy online to cover myself and my husband for our recent holiday. As we did not have to make a claim I cannot comment on what the claim process is like. I would recommend Alpha to anyone.

Would recommend to anybody. Customer service was excellent and I had to change the delivery date which was no problem at all. All in all a good buying experience.

We are extremely satisfied with our purchase of a king size mattress from Mattressman. The experience in the store was very good and we were impressed with the big range of mattresses available both from a financial point of view and firmness of the mattresses on show. We did not want to spend hundreds of pounds and bought a firm king size mattress for under £200. It was delivered 2 days after purchase FREE DELIVERY TOO! Dreams wanted to charge £30 to deliver a mattress so we were expecting the same - what a nice surprise. We paid £17.50 for the delivery men to take the old mattress away - well worth it. Overall we would highly recommend Mattressman if you need to buy a new mattress.
