Click and collect ( is not Click and…

Click and collect ( is not Click and collect its Click and wait 5 days later. not happy. A member of staff kindly, took charge, and advised me item was in their store on shelf. Click and collect not acceptable. And some staff do not know the products that already there on their shelves..

We understand that when customers choose this service, they expect it to be straightforward, convenient and ready within the timeframe provided, so I can appreciate how disappointing it was to face a significant delay.

I'm pleased to hear that a member of our store team took the initiative to assist you and identified that the item was available in store. However, I understand that this does not change the frustration caused by the overall experience. It's also disappointing to learn that you felt there was a lack of product knowledge during your interactions, as we aim to provide helpful, knowledgeable support to every customer.

ordered blue sapphire flowers picture on website.For my daughter. delivery arrived were white flowers . I particularly chose blue as she moved into her new home and the decor was blue. very disappointed with this order

ordered a rug 10 days ago. absolutely ridiculous delivery. And I've still not received it. Never order again off this company. no email to say delivery was delayed or out of stock. not happy customer..it was not in my store so had to order online.

Today my daughter arrived early at airport. so asked if she could get on an earlier flight , there was a seat. but they wanted an extra 260 on top of what was already paid for original flight. seriously no Christmas spirit. honestly ryanair.

Shipping and tax were a bit much

Shipping and tax were a bit much. as im in kilkenny and was sent from kilkenny. 4.95 was Shipping which if an post delivered would have been 2.95.gpod product but postage very expensive

Absolutely brilliant service..Delivery…

Absolutely brilliant service..Delivery is always so quick. And never returned anything. ( observed in your carlow store. an elderly lady was helped by a really gentle funny member of staff.( apologies he had spiky black hair.) And no matter when you walk into carlow store. your greeted every time.

This company is absolutely perfect

This company is absolutely perfect. The delivery is soo quick. never once sending anything back..i observed a staff member helping an elderly customer in carlow..( staff member had spiky hair and was so kind to this lady ... think they were buying table and chairs)..he was funny and so nice. apologies for the description of your staff member..

I complained once again. absolutely nothing is done regarding this shambles of a company. parcel was saturated on delivery. . Not good enough and not 1 person has emailed or anything. honestly royal mail and all postal service in the uk needs to be sorted NOW.

Awful service

Awful service. driver turned off GPS and didn't deliver parcel. and on website stated tried to deliver. which was totally untrue. left a calling card which never happened.next day out for delivery note was left on door stating deliver to a neighbour. They just dropped it at door and ignored sign. contents of box saturated. not good enough awful service.

ordered tan brush and tan which i love. And always ordered from creams to eyebrows. was a bit disappointed in brush for tanning as brush part came away from gold holders. And only used it once.

Love nearly all of the products. Not that keen on the undress cleanser. Would prefer ( and only my opinion) That undress was a bit more foamy to cleanse. Maybe I'm using it wrong. Other products I absolutely love.
