Great service
Great service. Just an issue with being asked for no claims cert even though I was a customer 2 years in a row so company already had that. Got disc in time for display. Then 4 weeks later got another disc for display. So a little bit concerned over the lack of knowledge on my account.

A recent administration occurrence with our online system meant that certain changes could lead to us asking for your No Claims Bonus despite being insured with us the previous year for example changing from a Standard policy to an Xtra policy or changing the email address you have on record. Due to the curreny situation we are currently issuing 'temporary' certificates for the first 30 days of all insurance policies to ensure that everything required is up to date before issuing a second certificate for the remaining 9 months of the policy due to the need for digital certification. I do hope that this change hasn't lead to any dissatisfaction on your part as we endeavour to implement these changes as seamlessly as possible.
