No refund and no communication

Bought a jacket and returned it because the sizing was huge. Return received and no refund over 15 days later. Emailed twice and no answer from them. Going to have to process a bank chargeback.

I ordered a bag from Coach

I ordered a bag from Coach, but when I received the package, there was no bag inside. I contacted Coach about this, but they never responded to me. I’ve simply lost €200. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I will never order from Coach again.
