I've been back and forth with customer service for around 10 days. 2 of my items wasn't included in the shipments and there's no proactiveness in getting back to me about a refund for the missing items! I'm happy to remove this comment once the issue is dealt with but I'd like an answer now as waiting 10 days is ridiculous!

Order Aus wooli boots on 28 Oct, got confirmation confirming order but nothing else despite several contacts with customer service. Asked for refund today. Got email saying they'd to cancel order and I'd get refund, great, only to get second email saying its been shipped, but tracking isnt available. Very disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Highly recommended . Smooth and fast transaction. In my 2 - 3 years shopping with Secret Sales , I’ve encountered minor issues with the products . It was quickly resolved by then. It is always a pleasure to shop in Secret Sales . Well done x

Items returned you received on the 30/9 but no refund was waiting a month made to look a liar re return also item had a price tag lower than i paid. On chat told that was normal but should have removed tags that is fraud to me have now deleted my email from your site would never order again or recommend

Bought from Secret Sales a few times, & I’ve been happy with the quality of items, price, & service each time. Highly recommend.

Order arrived as per advice and it was well packaged.

The price of clothing and the delivery was really good and can’t complain.

The issue I had was they set the wrong size item. I had to pay to return it and then wait weeks for a refund. I also asked for replacement but told I had to reorder as it was two separate areas. I had to pay delivery on the new replacement item as it didn’t meet the minimum spend. I tried to use the AI online help which had me waiting for a customer service person for over an hour twice and in the end I gave up.

I finally had an email answered and they said I’d be refunded both delivery charges and if this ever happened again to contact them and they sent a free return code.

Well the reordered item arrived and yes you’ve guessed it, it was again the wrong size. I had to email for a return code and again no option to reorder. None of this was my error, I never got to top I wanted and I wasted so much time and effort just to be left frustrated.

The customer service person apologise and gave me a 10% discount code which is pointless on the grand scheme of this and is not going to be used.
